I added this app so I could utilize Facebook messenger chat for my store. Setting it up was easy and everything and it works decently. My biggest complaint and reason I got rid of it is because you only have the option to have the chat bubble at the bottom of your store. I already have other features there and not being able to move it just made it cluttered. I found other chat apps that allow me to put it in different locations.

the setup video has no audio! I've tried to set it up by watching the video, but the maximize page feature on the setup video is also disabled. ...you should just type the instructions.

Useless i GREETING MESSAGE - Don't show popup automatically and it still shows automatically i dont know what is wrong. When this problem is resolve i will give you 5 Star but for now NO!

Easy to set and totally free. Simple behaviour and very effective. I think this is only one chat app that can be set super easily. I found several chat apps and try all, and i decided to use this. this is the best.

Best app all around the market. Better than the default one for sure. Things that this app does better than others: 1. DOES NOT REDIRECT YOU TO A NEW WINDOW FOR THE CHAT. Like seriously, it's 2019 - the competitors are livin' in 2009. 2. FREE. I mean, man, with the user-friendliness, optimization, and the options available... FREE! 3. Option to pop-out a welcome message on first visit and let people know you are available for live chat is a great way to add trust and increase direct sales (some people simply need a simple yes/no to make decision!) Cons: The only MINOR TINY thing is that welcome message ON MOBILE is a bit too large/obstructive and the close ('x') button is a bit tiny. But this is a minor thing, i think the tiny inconvenience is still worth the message. I use this app on all of my stores.

Eventually, it worked. Support staff responded fast. It didn't work at first I THINK because of domain whitelisting through Messenger API so it would be helpful if the documentation included a part on how to format the whitelisted domain.

Very simple and easy to install and work with. Before this app a have installed several that had far more reviews and downloads, but they had different issues or logos that appear in your chatbox. So finally I installed this app and everything came in place. Perfect!
