Fantastic App. Helps me connect with customers. Couldn't recommend it more. My favourite feature is being able to reply to customers with my mobile phone on an App I used everyday (Facebook).

Easy to install and use! It seems each time I try to use an app from Shopify I'll generally have some problem with it or have to spend time figuring out how to use it. Not with this app. It works seamless and easy to use. Thanks!

I'm just starting to use this app. It provides a great channel to communicate with potential customers instantly, and I also like the great customisation options. Though it would be awesome if customer doesn't have to sign in to chat. Good work guys!
