I just started using it for a while and the data is indeed more timely and accurate than Facebook's. In addition, their engineer's support is very efficient and always solves the problems during the use in a very timely and smooth manner.

I just spoke with Tracy from the support team. I asked a question about sharing events with facebook. She helped me very well. Sje even noticed a few problems that I hadn't noticed and fixed them all very quickly. I was very satisfied with both the omega multi pixel program and the support team. They are very professional. We went through 3-4 different apps to get our tracking for the pixel correct and finally settled on Omega. Giving us absolutely perfect results and the support team is really amazing. Got all our issues resolved quite quickly and they were extremely helpful.

Very happy with their tracking. Tracy was very helpful to set up my pixel correctly. I have tested the app only for a week now. Tracking is better than before. They have a tracking option to track specific product pages which is great. I wish they had the ability to track specific product pages and non-product pages with the same pixel at the same time. Maybe in the future, they will.

The tracking of this application is perfect. I am using this app on all of my Shopify accounts and it is working fine. Other than that, customer support is active and from the team, and Tracy is a very supportive girl in this team, She helped me to track Conversions APi along with Facebook pixel.
