The service attitude was very good, very timely and very patient. I can't think of a better app to analyze Facebook data.

Very happy with their tracking. Tracy was very helpful to set up my pixel correctly. I have tested the app only for a week now. Tracking is better than before. They have a tracking option to track specific product pages which is great. I wish they had the ability to track specific product pages and non-product pages with the same pixel at the same time. Maybe in the future, they will.

The tracking of this application is perfect. I am using this app on all of my Shopify accounts and it is working fine. Other than that, customer support is active and from the team, and Tracy is a very supportive girl in this team, She helped me to track Conversions APi along with Facebook pixel. It is the app that has the fastest support so far I've seen. Usually they can resolve most issues within 5 minutes. Their support also has coding knowledge which is good for certain customizations.

I abandoned my old Pixel install app to use this instead. It has several advanced features that the other don't have. The support agent is nice and super helpful too! Highly recommended!

The support is available, but with issues that I have using the app, we can not find easy solution, the reading of Pixel from Omega when I connect with my FB pixel is not so correct and we did not find solution for that.
