I've never dealt with such a caring team. Got deduplicate issue with the shopify pixel integration, and neither shopify nor facebook could help fix my pixel issue, that lead to a huge drop in performance. The team at Omega literally treated me as if I was their only customer. Opening tickets with facebook to test step by step every possible scenario that could go wrong. Being patient for a long time testing and fixing accordingly till everything went back to normal finally. Weather it is their customer rep or their developers, I am honestly impressed by their professionalism and efficiency.

This app is amazing as the data is syncing perfectly. The customer service is also very prompt and helpful. They follow up on the all conversations on email as well which is fantastic. I would highly recommend this app.

I've just installed the app. The Conversions API (CAPI) events show up reliably from the server. I also receive browser events. I can also add multiple pixels though on the basic plan only 1 pixel gets to receive CAPI events. Their support is responsive. You can assign pixels by product tags and not all tags were visible in their dashboard. They fixed it. So all in all a good experience so far. Thanks Omega!

The app is really efficient. It offers more data sharing than the Shopify store offers. This resulted in an increase in sales. There was a problem on the AddToCart page and we solved it by sending an e-mail. Thank you.

Honestly... this app is a life saver!!! None of my events were showing up on Facebook even with the Browser and Conversion API configured through Shopify. Like 3 out of 50 sales were getting through. Installed this and boom! Data is flowing like a charm! Definitely a cure for the iOS 14 issue... you should market it as that! Thank you so much :) :) :)

Super! Awesome app, so far. I've just installed this app and it was not tracking purchases properly, however, after talking to Kaylee from the support team, which was amazing and very attentive, and following her advice, the app seems to be working super accurately now, passing all events server-side to Facebook, solving our tracking issues. I definitely recommend giving it a try if you are facing tracking issues with FB. 5 Stars app and customer service!
