it didnt allow me to sync with my biz account, i had to do this work around to get it to sync. anyway before that i was chatting with meta pro team for over an hour. they couldnt figure it out, and so they came up with the lamest explanation: YOU HAVE DOG PICTURES on ur account, so it was flagged by the meta system as selling animal and animal parts online which is against meta policy. you will have to remove all animals from ur pictures. lolol.. i kid you not, the meta support team is so lame. i figured it out myself.

Meta will tell you that you have to speak to Shopify for any issues with their app. Complete joke and waste of time.

TERRIBLE experience. The app won't let me connect my pixel, and support has been no help at all — they just told me to contact Shopify, which is ridiculous considering it's their app and their pixel. I'm stuck with no fix, and no one is taking responsibility.

Works 25% of the time, God forbid you try to update the app or unninstall it, it completly breaks. For such a big company like Meta to put out such a shitty product, it's insane. Afterall Meta is not reknown for it's qulaity prowess.

The whole process is non-intuitive, streamlined and logical. It is a mine field. Profit seems your only directive. Making set up easy to create more profit for you and help others seems a mere after thought, unfortunately !

Very bad App, it didn't work properly and it wasted my lots of time and money. This is no. 1 App to waste your time and money. And Facebook doesn't refund your Ads money which didn't give you any results due to pixel not working properly.

I’m facing an issue with the Facebook & Instagram application. I recently noticed that after installing it, there is no option to reconnect an existing catalog. The app automatically creates a new catalog instead. Please add an option to connect or assign an existing catalog during setup. This feature is essential for those who already have a catalog set up.
