Very poor experience with this app. It does not let me connect my Facebook account at all, and it never shows which profile is being used, making the setup impossible. I followed every recommended step and the issue still persists. For an app that is essential for store owners, the integration should be stable, simple, and clear. This needs major fixes as soon as possible

Very Bad Service, The Support is Trash, I only Use it To Connect my Pixel and Create a Product Catalog,, the rest is a BS, not responsive, many Bugs, Lags, Slow UX, and the Support are not Friendly at all, Facebook Ads are very Bad, they take all the money you put to get the Same low impressions, it doesn't matter the amount you put to Run Ads, you always get the same amount of views and impressions, I was Running a Product Catalog Ads to realized after spending ￥20,000 a few of my Product Catalog image are not even showing and I noticed a lot of Bugs and Lags on Facebook Ads Manager that can take hours to not even solves it, the support make me take a bunch of times talking to them through the Chat and after that they said they will escalate the problem to the other technical team and even if they told me to wait for one day they said they gonna call me the next day but I received no Call and they talk to me on the chat saying the Technical Team investigate the Problem but on their End System was Fine and have no Problem making me lose a bunch of times to tell me they can't solve one problem like a Bug or Lag and instead told me to wait till the problem get solved by itself, communication skill are very bad, they think they are superior to us, and talks like you're dumb, only use it to get to Advertise and get Advise from YouTube because you gonna have a lot of Stress talking to the Chat Support, they are unresponsive.

Rubbish App. Waited 3 days to get installed properly. Meta don't bother calling you even though I agreed a time. I hate the fact that they think they can mess you around. It's Black Friday and they haven't set me up. FFS. its a shambles!!

Someone hacked into our AustinEcoGoods ads account through this app and created their own ad campaign, ran it and META charged our bank account hundreds and hundreds of dollars for ads that were not ours. We informed META almost immediately when we were hacked so they know that it was NOT AustinEcoGoods running those ads. The ads had nothing to do with our site or our products yet META still refuses to return the money that they took from our account. We have been in contact with their so-called ‘help’ team but they have done nothing for us and now refuse to even tell us what they are doing about it. We definitely would not recommend using this service and especially not META ADS!

Aucun support, cette app est nulle. Aucune possibilité de configuration, c'est une boite noire inutilisable !

I thought that Facebook and Instagram were easy to set up, but I am in the process of hiring a freelancer who has the expertise to completely set up Facebook and Instagram for me. The pixel tracking on Facebook is very hard to set up. Facebook need to make that system simple for individuals who do not have the money to pay a freelancer to set up Facebook. When I fix something on Facebook, some else goes wrong; it's getting too hard.

es inecesariamente estresante de configurar y da muchas vueltas para conectar las redes y la tienda, y si hay algún error endonde quieras pedir ayudar hay muchas trabas para poder hablar con alguien de atencion alcliente (no me dejo al final contactarme con alguien) el peor problema que tuve fue que no me dejaba borrar un portafolio ya que necesitaba a alguien mas con el permiso de administrador pero al invitar a alguien no llega el correo de verificacion a ese nuevo administrador.

This app caused my meta account to map wrong and have spent over two weeks trying to fix to no avail. I would highly avoid.

No puedo conectar con meta business suite, solo pide permisos y se queda ahí no sucede nada: intento conectar desde meta y tampoco, requiero soporte técnico.

Trop de bugs, a la moindre manipulation on tombe sur la page "une erreur s'est produite" grosse perte de temps.

NE FONCTIONNE PAS CHEZ MOI. J'ai par erreur désinstallé; puis réinstallé et ca ne fonctionne pas.
