App doesn’t work as described. Won’t finishing syncing my store. Support is literally NON EXISTENT, there is no way to contact anyone from Facebook to help. If I could give this app 0 stars I would.

It stopped working and no one will respond about getting help to try to fix it. It has been saying that the account is in review for over a month now when its supposed to take 24 hrs to reconnect. It sucks because I can't sell anymore using the platforms.

Not great, sometimes it's connected, other time it's not. Also I had someone from Shopify tell me the issue is because I'm in the UK and not USA as to why my products were active but not showing as active! All products do not sync - right now it's telling me that a Sync has failed but when I click it says no products to show. Just adds an extra stress to running a small business to be honest.

TERRIBLE. Will not stay connected to facebook account EVER. extremely minimal customization, yet way too complicated at the same time. They need a complete redesign.
