No voy a decir que sea un proceso facil, pero si es muy confiable y te guía muy bien cuando tienes tareas pendientes para completar.

This requires a higher level of technical savvy than your standard skill set. I found it incredibly challenging and confusing to navigate. If you are not planning to run ads then it shouldn't be an issue. I have had multiple different issues getting set up with META ads through this channel, as well as getting the shop approved within FB. The most frustrating piece has been lack of clarity and support. I have contacted support more than I would like to admit, spent hours on calls over the past couple weeks, and the issues are still there. It's unbelievable really. All of the support team members have been very courteous and kind, they are doing what they have been trained to do. There is a larger structural issue here though. For some reason they allow ease of access to general support but make it quite challenging to directly access support for Ads. In my experience, I found a considerable amount of gatekeeping / stalling to access this level of support. I had to restart and go back through general support each time. Blah blah blah. I really dislike having to report negativity like this but these are the facts. Overall, very challenging. If you are not a Dev or super tech savvy, I recommend hiring a Dev. to get you up and running. Not kidding.

Can't connect shopify and facebook, instagram. Been in-review for a couple of weeks. I've had a look and this is a common problem since 2022. Why it hasn't been sorted I don't know. Better off paying a bit extra for Wordpress or something simular.

L'app va benissimo ma sarebbe interessante poter fare i post direttamente su shopify per poi inviarli direttamente sulla pagina del proprio negozio Facebook

Awful. Product hero images were generating at random - the back of a shirt, for example, would show as the hero image, while the same product would have the correct Hero Image when featured more than once. Live shop editor is trash. It doesn't show you the live preview while you are editing - like how Shopify does when editing your theme. I contacted support about the above and now my Facebook and Instagram shop are disabled. So - I am now losing money. Thanks, Meta!

We could not connect our shopify store to this app. Meta always returns with tons of unresolvable errors and there is no one to attend.
