es un pedazo de basura muy dificil de usar que te causa pesadillas si tienes una cuenta personal y una de negocios y es IMPOSIBLKE de conectar de manera personal con shopify, voy a tener que contratar a un maldito ingeniero para que haga este proceso porque yo llevo una semana sin poder hacerlo.

The most terrible experience, First of all its not user friendly on top of it i have try to get approval and its seems like anti terrorist squad. it had become a nightmare just barely get approved to shop on instagram and Facebook.

The app doesn't work---doesn't connect to my Facebook account properly, and the instructions they give are constantly outdated or unclear.

It is almost impossible to fix things through FB because their "help" processes are incomplete, don't cover all scenarios, and are buggy. E.G. I can't use my account because their verification forces my to verify myself through one path only. I can't complete this process because it only uses my OLD cell phone number. I can't login or run more ads because of this error AND there are no people to speak with and get help.

I've spent 2 years sending and uploading every single business entity and tax document we have in our possession and still cannot get the facebook and instagram sales channels linked up. This app doesn't work.

I would give zero stars if it's possible. Meta can't connect to my Shopify for months now. And I can't get support if I am not connected to my account. Are you kidding me?

being forced to have checkout on FB and Instagram causes loss of sales and adding on warranties, upsells etc. Should put it back to the way i was where checkout was through the site

Fairly useless channel. Things keep getting disconnected. When I try to reconnect I only get error messages. I'm too worn out to continue to provide free QA services to large corporations. Y'all can monitor your own logs to figure out where things are going wrong and fix it.

It is very sad to do business with facebook due to constant rejections despite products being compliant. Also, ads keep getting rejecting and facebook seems to blame their technology. It is total headache to do business with facebook.
