After hours of trying to connect my Meta/FB pixel, I give up. This wastes so much of your time. Should be easy to do.

No me deja conectar mi cuenta publicitaria Shopify Business Manager intento conectarla pero me da error y me dice que lo intente mas tarde. He añadido método de pago y aun así me sigue dando error. también me da error en el catalogo de shopify pero es como si en la cuenta de facbook no se ha actualizado con mi tienda de shopify. Espero que me solucione este problema lo antes posible. Un saludo Gracias.

I'm really having a hard time connecting Instagram to my Shopify account, despite repeated attempts, and supposedly being approved by Meta / Facebook... Not sure what to do.

The integration wasn't difficult, and I got my first order from FB on Sunday... fulfilled it and shipped it on Monday. Shopify has yet to sync the information to FB that the order has shipped, so FB has yet to actually pay me for it. Shopify says it's FB problem and FB says it's Shopify's problem. And looking back through forums this is a very old problem. So why is this integration still being offered when it is obviously broken? And my problem has been given over to the "market place team" but I can't actually talk to them to see what's going on, and I have one day left before FB cancels the order as not shipped. This is really frustrating.

This has been a horrible experience I have been dealing with an issue for months.. Facebook support says it's a Shopify issue and Shopify says it's a Facebook issue. If I could rate Shopify's customer service I would give them a low score as well. I have pending orders on Instagram that I can not cancel or fulfill (and I was not paid for them). My customers are mad because they paid for something that they have not received and the orders are not showing in my Shopify store. It just seems that no one cares about this issue and it is completely ruining my business reputation and my business credibility. I am beyond frustrated at this point and I am seriously considering going to another platform. I will be seeking a refund for Shopify because I paid in advance. I am not just ranting and did not exhaust all options. I really really tried for months. The last Shopify customer service person told me he would be off for a week and he would let me know something when he came back..smh. And I am not the only person having this issue. Facebook support and Shopify support have completely dropped the ball on this and I wish I could get a refund and go elsewhere!

I am facing a problem with the pixel, I am not getting the correct events and event parameters in my Facebook Event manager. E.g Facebook Showing 3 purchases but in reality, there are zero purchases and also showing zero conversion value for some orders.

PLEASE KNOW -- If you delete a product from Shopify for any reason (no stock, discounted etc) they remain on facebook in 'archived' or 'staging' status. While in this status, they don't appear in your FB shop but STILL APPEAR in your FB dynamic ads. After 25+ emails FB have no idea why or how to resolve. Shopify say issue is with FB, go back to them. Had to read Shopify app terms & conditions to learn app providers need to provide customer support. Still waiting for a response. Workaround was to remove entire catalogue from FB and re-sync (goodbye to all current ads on FB, had to re-make them all and go back to learning phase). Costed endless time and money. Both parties above think that's a workable solution every time. We have 1000+ products with 50 variants each Issue remains unresolved for 2 months and counting. **RESPONSE TO DEVELOPER'S REPLY -- Thanks for confirming via email that Shopify stand firm in the fact there is nothing it can do to correct this major issue - with a channel on your own platform. You could have just said this in your response below instead of waiting to email it to us. Cheers.

Pretty useless. I have been trying to create retargeting Ads and it impossible. I keep getting the same error message saying "A problem with Facebook prevented your activity from being published. Try to republish in a few minutes." There is nothing wrong with my Ads account, I have already check everything I could think of. I have no problems publishing Ads directly from Facebook, but what is the point of having the app then?

Horrible support with automated response and zero brains. Received an error after initial setup was successful, then received 7 "cut and paste" answers from facebook support. Losers!

Until they fix the issue with only posting one picture, this app is useless. I get countless messages a day asking for more pics than they're seeing on FB/IG, and I have to direct them to my website. So, what's the point of having this channel at all???

Getting any kind of tech support is very difficult and often unresponsive. Product categories are a nightmare to find and assign. Everything from looking up orders and payouts to managing inventory is incredibly cumbersome and seems designed to frustrate us as merchants.

Plugin is ok, would be nice if it included some way to embed your facebook feed. It's alright for ads and that's about it. If Facebook were to add embed for posts and feed that would be a huge plus!

Installed twice, but no integration with FB. App doesnt work. Cannot get any reporting in Shopify of FB activity, or Shopify created campaigns in FB.

Facebook will not allow me to publish my store and only gives vague reasons why. They also keep disabling my account for violating policy when I haven't used anything on their site but the business tools. This experience has been a total pain in the neck and definitely not worth it. ***NEW*** I can’t get help because FB is blocking my access to contact them. Here is the message ***Your account has been disabled You can't use Facebook because your account, or activity on it, didn't follow our Community Standards. We have already reviewed this decision and it can't be reversed. To learn more about the reasons we disable accounts visit the Community Standards.*** The main issue I have is that I haven’t done anything with the personal account. I HAVE NOT sent friend requests, messaged anyone or even put uploaded anything to my personal account. As far as my business listings, all I have done what filled out information and continued to set account up. I HAVEN’T VIOLATED ANY COMMUNITY STANDARDS.. This has to be an oversight, mistake or confusion but FB wont hear of it.

While I would love to help you get your store approved, Shopify does not have a hand in determining your store's eligibility when it comes to the Facebook assets. The review and approval is entirely up to Facebook and they do not share any further details with us on why they have disabled an account. handy app although it becomes frustrating when FB filters out products due to trigger words that they don't allow through their political correctness. this is a frustration

app link shopify to business facebook with NO HUMAN support. I can NOT LINK shopify to facebook store to buy ads, but I can BUY ADS on facebook to shopify? I get banned ads for some items in 2020, but can sell that same item on amazon and today 2022 already, so I login and see SEE DATA from 2020 TWO YEARS AGO

App is great when it works. However, for some reason, the Facebook app has disconnected my site and will not let me reconnect my account. Even though I type in my password and it directs to Facebook, it still says to reconnect. I can still see my shop with products on my FB/IG pages but I cannot utilize any of the functions to create ads with the products. I need assistance, please.

Been on this constant circle or errors or could not connect to Instragram account. Go through all the setup in Facebook Commerce manager, and then try to setup and never does.. It creates product catalogs that are not fully setup, and unable to go back and modify. Facebook help is not there at all.. Spent days trying to uninstall, reinstall, starting from square one over and over, to simply not get any help..
