This app like many of the other apps on shopify simply does not work. Shopify blames FB and FB blames shopify and the end customer ends up with nothing.

This app helped me, it was fine. It was easy to set up. I would include it again because people expect it.

I used this app to help me setup FB channel and start the facebook ad process. I have yet to implement an ad but I am confident it will work just fine.

This app is very easy to use. I was able to use this app with ease. I'm hoping it attracts customers to my store.

It is complex to use and it is a learning as you go process. But if you take the time it is worth doing.

This app seems to have the power to push feed to Facebook without approval. Be aware that any time you add a new product to your shopify store, Facebook publishes it on your timeline without letting you know!

Facebook reaches my customers very well. It is more personal and helps to develop and grow my business.

This app randomly generates posts from Shopify to Facebook when new products are added to the Facebook Channel, rendering social media marketing campaigns via Facebook and/or Instagram totally useless. There is no facility in Facebook to turn off these posts. We have had very negative feedback from our followers that these bland posts are irritating. We are almost certainly losing Facebook followers. We ask that Shopify puts pressure on Facebook to rectify this situation as soon as possible. Note also that the Developer Reply to EJay's review does NOT work - see below: Developer reply March 1, 2021 Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback! That definitely sounds frustrating and not ideal. In that regard, we have had a few merchants experience the same issue. The issue that you've described is coming from a setting within your Facebook notifications and not from our app directly. We aren't able to control how Facebook displays your product updates however, we did some digging on our end and the way you would turn off these notifications is to go to your Business Page Settings > Page Updates > click on Edit > and turn off post notifications so that they don't automatically update every change. I used this app to connect my Facebook and Instagram accounts with my Shopify eCommerce, and everything was very good. It was my first time using it and have not difficulty to do it.
