It no longer allows me to access the "Manage Facebook data sharing preference" section, and my campaigns are negatively affected. Nobody can solve the problem.

It's definitely going better than expected. I am getting more sales and more exposure. Occasionally I have issues capturing all the the information I get when orders come directly from my website versus FB and IG. For example, my website requires a phone number (mainly so we call them customer if there is a problem), but it is not a requirement in FB or IG. Some of our products and services are time sensitive where need to get a hold of the customer asap. Just having their email means we may not get to them in time. These are just minor kinks we can work out. Overall it has definitely boosted sales and we have had zero problem with payouts or processing

I'm happy to give this app a well deserved 5 star review. After a disappointing experience with a my agency, I returned to this app and was surprised of all the new features. Its AI especially was a nice surprise and my ads outperformed the agency's ones. The support from Nadav was awesome and added to my positive experience. His responsiveness and expertise added tremendous value to my use of the app, making the transition very easy.

So far it's going pretty good. I'm pretty new to all of this but I'm learning a little bit at the time. The biggest thing for me is familiarizing myself with all of the rules and regulations associated with being a member of the META platforms. It's challenging but i'm committed to being successful and keeping in compliance. My main goal with all of this is to improve myself, my family, and the local community that I live in.

it was not clear that i needed to connect BOTH instagram and facebook pages to shopify in order to make paypal available as a method of payment.

Facebook/Instagram is one of the worst tools available. Endless errors and issues appear out of nowhere and the support team is absolutely awful. Orders placed through Meta have countless payment errors and I end up having to chase money from customers directly after product has been delivered because Meta arbitrarily cancels them and withholds the money. You'd think one of the biggest tech companies in the world could pull off super basic operations, but no.

Absolute junk now. I run a brick & mortar store only (no shipping). My goal is to tag products in my feed, for in-store pickup. Meta's "Changes to Shops" forces the use of Checkout with Facebook or Instagram, which requires shipping. There is no support to sync Shopify's Local Pickup option, or have a catalog only shop to direct to my website for checkout. Guess I won't be spending advertising dollars for my shop.

I don’t know why meta ads/campaign creation option is removed from Shopify store->marketing. This is a very useful option and the ads created through that option give me good ROI. I strongly recommend to add that option in Shopify marketing section
