This is a good app and I have used it earlier too. Somehow the app got disconnected and I am reconnecting

I'm sure this app works for those with much experience but had it not been for Peter, with the patience of a saint, I had not been able to figure it out. Thank you Peter for all your help!!

1) Even though you have several product images in your shopify catalogue, only one image is synched to Facebook - and it's not even the 'main/first' image of your product. It's a random selection. Looking at Shopify's community it seems that several shop owners have the same issue. 2) It would be nice with an option to force a sync of all products to the facebook catalogue.

Utterly useless .. the old FB app that worked seamlessly was replaced with this one .. and wont connect .. WE HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A FB STORE FOR OVER 4 MONTHS NOW .. Shopify ticket ID is 20655893 .. DO NOT install this app it will disconnect your working app and cause NONE of your tagged FB products & links to work .. ZERO STARS .. Shopify's reposne is to contact Facebook however the MOST ironic thing is that the No1 platform on the planet for "Connecting People" are simply impossible to connect with themselves .. !!!

The app is giving us a temporary error on Facebook when trying to setup checkout on Facebook & Instagram. Facebook support tells us that the bank is not supported. We tried Chase, Wells Fargo and BB&T for payments and all are giving the same temporary error since January. Facebook support is useless and we were told by Shopify support to contact Facebook! Here is the error on the last screen: "A temporary problem occurred when trying to complete your request. Please try again later." This is not acceptable.

I use this app it is great! Able to advertise on it - and they try to give you help fairly quickly when you reach out!

nice and easy set up, lets see how it goes, when our customers get connected to us via facebook, can only hope for the best

I used this app to run my online business for water tanks and pumps. It makes my sales more efficient. It is awesome!!

I don't like how you have to reboot every month. It is kind of confusing and can instagram be separate from facebook? At least if one store is down then the other can be working. When you have a small business you are too busy to keep having to authenticate your store - change your passwords- and everything else involved.

I cannot see test scores but make sure to include them on the Common Subject Tests and AP Exams. If you only took one AP senior year

Very easy to use and set up. I was connected with my social media accounts within minutes. Seamless.

We spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out why we could not add myself as an Admin on the FB page; finally figured out that we needed to be "friends" in order for it to work. Would have saved us a lot of time if there was some sort of side note on the Add Person page indicating that requirement. Other than that, all went fine.

I like this app because it is easy to use and easy to operate. If there is any problem, the customer service will provide help.
