Wont show half my product varients because of invalid image link which is the same link for the products it will show. Offers no working solution as well.

Absolutely a headache. I had previusly used the old Shopify Facebook Shop App some time ago and has been long uninstalled. However somehow the Commerce ID from that old app is still tied to my Facebook Page. So this new app will not install without removing the old ID. However Meta Support keeps telling me I dont have persmissions to disconnect this old ID and I need to have someone give me full permissions to do so. I have shown them the screenshots showing I have full permissions and yet it still keeps saying I do not have permissions. However they keep getting stuck in thier own flow chart and keep saying I need to ask someone for more permissions.... I am the owner of the company, facebook page, and shopify store. There is noone else capable of giving me any more permissions. I have asked them to tell me who has these magical abilities to give me more permissions, however I get the same flow chart response. It should not be this big of a hassle to install a app on my shopify store and link my Facebook page when it stands to make them money by me doing so.

When we click on stores in Instagram, I want to remove the cargo and delivery field in the product detail area, but I cannot remove it, all websites with shopify software have the same problem in their ig stores, it is not possible to completely remove this field, you should make a development about it.

PURCHASE TRACKING IS HAVING ERROR. ACTUAL SALES IN SHOPIFY IS 100 BUT IN META ADS MANAGER IT IS 33 I HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED META SUPPORT BUT ISSUE NOT RESOLVED. BY REPLYING BLA BLA REASONS TICKETS ARE CLOSED WITHOUT RESOLVING THE ACTUAL ISSUE

I can't connect to the Facebook and Instagram stores successfully, and the support is useless. When I seriously emailed meta, I never got a reply. I created a work order consultation many times, so no one replied to me?

The app doesn't track the correct revenue, it sends duplicate purchase events to Facebook each time the user reloads the order confirmation page, and it does not send deduplicating information to Facebook. The support is absolutely useless, I have been in contact with the special Meta support for this app, and they keep asking me to check - the pixel setup (which by the way is managed by the app) and/or - referring me back to Shopify to ensure the app is installed correctly (Shopify were the ones who referred me to Meta). My Meta inquiry number is 909689016966830 Long story short - the app is broken and they don't care.

What is this absurd that to connect an Instagram account you NEED a facebook ACTIVE account? I understand that is the same company but this is ridiculous as I can't use the app now because of this

it shows unsupported. Tracking is my account restricted, i don't know why? i can't ask any helps for that.

cannot use in india as services are being not provided in india. its basic feature.shopify is also doing nothing in this.

I am using Official Meta App. It is so slow and doesn't respond system. 2. After so much effect, it connects my personal Facebook profile and says the account is restricted. All systems are automatic, So what should I do?

This has been a complete NIGHTMARE. My personal account was hacked and I have lost administrative permissions and now my FB and Instagram shops through Shopify have been blocked. I am losing sales every day because there is no way to reach FB - there is no access to a human being who can help. I have tried to open a new account in my business name and now they claim I am mis-using the platform by using a different name (my business name). I will have to disconnect my Shopify FB and Instagram shops if this can't be resolved. It is the most infuriating thing. I highly recommend insisting that Meta provide access to a human who can help and not just block people who have been hacked. Please f please find a way to help us small business owners. I know I am not the only person who has experienced this. Thank you.

The most buggy sales channel you can imagine. Items continually get rejected for many various incorrect reasons. Contacting FB support does nothing beside adds additional layers of frustration with no real help. Support has zero common sense. As soon as an issue gets corrected the same item get rejected several days or hours later... It amazing how wonderful these channels are about collecting data and integrating into your checkout seamlessly but the actual real user experience for those using the channel, is a joke. All development energy was solely put into integrating into processing transactions so facebook can collect a fee and no energy was put into these automated product checks that cannot understand the actual meaning of words used in a sentence.

doesn't make sense! It keeps saying: "Each asset is already associated with a different shop. Please disable one to proceed." with no option to proceed. No phone support. Nothing.

Not sure why most of the time Ads accounts are getting banned or restricted. We are clothes and accessory seller for women, men and kids still our ads account got restircted or banned and we are not getting any solution.Removal of restriction is very difficult and no proper support from FB. There is no Live chat support from FB who can help customer to clear such restriction or banns. thanks FB to provide live chart support since we are not expert in FB..............THANKS

Horrible, if one does not pay for Ad then facebook will not allow others to see the page of what you are selling and you will not be able to sell on facebook, the Facebook Ad are a scam they charge you too much and when one sees in Shopify the analytics you will realize that facebook is scamming one since they are not the same as facebook charges you, for example facebook charges you for 10 visits that made to your page and when one sees in Shopify only visited 5 people , Facebook stole you money

Facebook has continued to delete my business from the app without providing me with details so that fake bots have now taken over my business account using my followers data to harrass them!

If I could leave a 0 or a -5 star review I would. Dealing with Facebook is the worst customer experience I have ever had. They don't care about small business. If you have a difficult issue - which they cereate because of their stupid system and robots, they will pass you from pillar to post like a ping pong. It is unbelievable how bad their service is. None of the teams want to take responsibility for helping the ''customer'', they just keep passing . Don't believe them when they say they are here to help. They are not!!
