Since switching over from the old facebook shops app to this one, my shop has now been removed and I have no reason why and have been trying for months to see what I am doing wrong. I emailed shopify support and they said it is facebook's fault. No one from facebook to contact though. I was running ads before and now cannot. Big thumbs down from me ... this is our business and random crap like this affects our income. Not happy to say the least.

Much easier to connect than going through Facebook. Shopify really helps simplify the integration processes.
Since I still have to learn so much about technicaI and marketing tools, I am glad about the support and the chance to learn.
Not intuitive for new users. It took hours to understand what I was missing in order to activate my facebook shop.

pretty easy to use, took a little bit to figure it out but once it's set up its great and works just fine
It is easy to use and I like the way it works seemlessly with Facebook and other apps. It is amazing how easy it is to use.
Walked me through easily. Now I'm trying to submit the review, but it seems to be stuck. Oh, it wants a minimum of 100 characters. I wonder if we are there yet.

Quick and easy to add my entire store to Facebook! I'd recommend to any shop holder for a fast way to add your catalog and tag products.
Its new app so I can't say much but it works fine. Old one worked fine as well I don't know why we had to move to new one but I always welcome new upgrades, hope this one will have more useful features in future...
Please launch Instagram Shop for Pakistan soon. I love the Facebook Shop Thoroughly. Just want Instagram shop now.
Since I updated the old version literally NOTHING is working anymore, or at least I am not understanding how to everything is working. Not that I ever used Fb too much. Everything is messy, I never liked it for my business and decided to never use it. I just use Fb in order to have access to my business account on Instagram and their product tagging. Anyway, I had to update the old Fb Shop app with the new one, and since then the Shopify Product Catalog is not updating the new items I am uploading on my website. And what is even weirder is that the bulk editor in the Fb app of Shopify shows instead all the new products I am currently uploading. It's been 4 days now. I went through every forum on the internet about the topic, and sorted out nothing. Frustrating to say the least. I cannot post any of the new products on Instagram cause there's no way of tagging them. I honestly cannot believe they still don't have a customer service dedicated to business accounts at Facebook and they just let us go browsing the internet hoping to find something to sort everything out.

It took me some time to finally figure it out and accurately install and enable it (a couple of weeks), but BY THE GRACE OF GOD I did get it eventually and it feels so great!
Still learning and its easy but getting there. Just learning as much as I can sometime I get stuck but I use the search. Kind still learning like I said. Enjoy the simplicity of it.
