easy to install and use.

I am using this app to help provide a more streamlined process, when promoting my products. It’s great to have one central location to achieve multiple task.

super easy to install, did it in less than 10 seconds! only thin i wish that shopify would have prompted me to install sooner

Slow and convoluted; make it a 1-2-3 step process, i am searching all over the left hand nav bar for buttons to push to verify and check status. Make it easy to roll over, not so byzantine

Too complicated and now I cannot figure how to add anything to Facebook or instagram. No tech support and no instructions

It just started and haven’t really used it yet. The sign on and setup seems very complex. Definitely not helped by my confusion with Facebook between my business and personal accounts.

Recently converted from the Facebook Store app to this one & I have been trying to add our existing instagram account to the Business Manager, but it's a dead link. The button choices are "ADD" or "CANCEL" & only cancel works. I've clicked on the IG page & every area in the box to see if that was the problem, but still nothing so all our new products are unable to be tagged on our instagram page. I suggest not to convert unless absolutely necessary. If support can email me, that would be greatly appreciated.

Setting up a FB shop was rather simple via this app, just click through and done. But I had a huge issue: in FB shop, 'checkout on the website' button on every product page would lead to an error page that reads 'Parameter Missing or Invalid: Required parameter missing or invalid: channel' I wrote to shopify support, got an answer that the issue was escalated to the technical team and I shall expect an answer in max 72 hours. Never heard back since. Very disappointed... Then I disconnect everything and re-install and re-create the shop, same error pages... Dont know what to do

I use this app to develop my business. So far everything is going really well. Hopefully it continues like this.

It is NOT user friendly. So complicated. I want to checkout on my website now because the Facebook payouts are so complicated to try and match to my bank statements but I can't get the Facebook checkout feature to work with my website now. Ugh.

Before the change all of my products were on Facebook and I was able to Tag on Instagram. Now all of my new products are not available. It has been over 4 days since I added new items.

So far the set up was really easy. This really makes running a shop on Shopify super easy since Facebook gives us an inbuilt way to drive traffic

Great. Very user friendly. Many alternatives for usage either on Shopify or Facebook direct advertising.

I am so glad this is finally working for me - I am excited to see how I can connect all of these channels.

This was really confusing to set up. Facebook shop? Facebook manager? Facebook app? There are a lot of steps. I am still not certain where my Facebook shop is located. I am sure once the setup is complete, the integrations will be awesome.

Just installed the app. It seems to integrate well with pages from facebook. Good error handling and guidance was provided. Looking forward to see how it performs.

This was incredibly easy to set up! It's improved dramatically from years ago and as an entrepreneur and founder I so appreciate.
