some days it works some days it doesn't complicated to set up in the beginning not linking accounts no customer service to call for help

Very easy to connect to Facebook from Shopify. They did a good job here with the onboarding. Worth checking out.

I don't know how to do any of this. But I can follow directions and read and learn. This made me look like I know what I'm doing. Easy to follow instructions.

Worked easily to set up and seems to work fine. Been using the old facebook shop app and the insta app as well. but having all in one place is a way better solution.

Hopefully through setting up this new fb channel they will be able to see that my business does not need to be banned from the platform any longer.

The setup took some understanding and there was a lag in the last feature coming live but other than that it was smooth. Thanks FB + Shopify.

App is good, sad to see Facebook Shop in no longer supported though, but the new FB and instagram is good.

This worked quickly and easily. I heard mixed results about this app but it does what it needs to with minimal setup.

great integration between Shopify and Facebook. I do not, however, appreciate restrictions from any forum based platform. Becoming intolerable to not be able to sell a simple confederate flag (for example). Should be left between buyers and sellers not platforms. imho.

Overall setup was easy. I only had one issue and that was with the approval process of some of my shirts.

Relatively easy to set up... took maybe an hour to get it sorted out properly. Hoping it is going to increase sales. The only thing I would say it would be helpful if Shopify and Facebook could have provided a paragraph to insert into the privacy policy.

Easy to use. EAsily connects with other applications. Very easy to manage products. I recommend it to everyone.
