This app is impossible to connect for us. Its brutal. How can a billion dollar company not have this sorted out.

I am unable to connect Facebook & Instagram app to my Shopify store. I have tried it several times for over a week, but it is repeatedly showing an error message. I am being billed monthly, but I am unable to use the sales channel to sell products. it's so disappointing and discouraging!! The support is equally pathetic. I have no idea what the issue is because nothing is being pointed out, except that an error occurred.

Cuando instalo la aplicación cuando te redirige a la pagina de Facebook para confirmar la instalación se queda toda la pantalla en blanco y no me deja confirmarlo. Esto es un gran problema, lo he intentado hacer en otro navegador y ocurre lo mismo. Espero una respuesta para poder cambiar la reseña.
