Don't waste your time using this app, the supposed recovery emails goes directly to spam folder, they are sending them from info[at]chkt.me and has been reported as spam several times, so it goes directly into the spam folder so you are using a service that basically it cost money and it doesn't work.
Thanks for your feedback! Actually, we have an option that allows you to send the emails from your own domain. You just need to complete some few steps by setting up the DNS. Just go to Settings > Email > Notify customer from my domain. Please reach to our support team and we'll be happy to assist you!

Mon avis sur Fastr : J'utilise Fastr depuis un moment, et je dois dire que c'est l'une des meilleures applications de SMS que j'ai testées ! ✅ Interface fluide et intuitive : tout est bien pensé, simple à utiliser et agréable visuellement. ✅ Fonctionnalités utiles : que ce soit pour la gestion des conversations, la personnalisation des messages ou les options de sécurité, tout est là. ✅ Support client au top : j'ai eu une question, et Arthur m'a répondu rapidement et efficacement. C'est rare de voir un service aussi réactif ! Bref, si vous cherchez une app de SMS fiable et performante avec un vrai suivi client, je recommande sans hésiter.

Very easy-to-use app. No need to spend hours configuring anything. It's all practically done for you. Just adjust some text and you're done. I highly recommend this application.

Very useful app with the ability to do both marketing and abandoned checkout recovery via email, SMS and push notification in a single app.
