Hello Cara, Thank you so much for calling me back today and helping me understand the setup process for ByteStand's FBA Shipping. Specifically the workaround to switch my products from amazon_marketplace_web and the fact that I will need SnapSync... :) Again, I really do appreciate the personal support and Shopify setting verification... So glad I found this app to help now that Shopify removed the Amazon integration. The only thing I hope to see in the future is inventory tracking included in the app. I was super impressed to get amazing phone support by Cara at ByteStand. So far so good!

Cara was super helpful getting everything set up and it was very easy to speak to her when I needed assistance with the issue we were facing.

Live human interaction (what a concept) with an intro demo walking you through the entire setup process. Cara - was incredible and available post demo! Their step-by-step video makes for an easy install. Since Amazon dropped the MCF App ByteStand's picking up a ton of new business. I noticed that you have to be sure to include two new fields in the Bulk Editor step: "Track Quantity" (do this first) and then "Fullmennt Service" fields - in that order. Cara will point this out during the demo! Great customer service!!

The app is very friendly and easy to install. Customer service is awesome, especially Cara who was my representative. She helped me with the onboard process and recorded some videos explaining how to solve some specific issues from my store. Totally recommend the app, the customer service and Cara as well! Thank you guys

The app is a great integration tool for fulfilling through FBA. I had some issues at first figuring out how to set it up (I did't watch the instruction video lol). After watching the video and reaching out for a little help from Todd in customer service... I got it all set up perfectly. My life is so much easier because of this app and it has streamlined our fulfillment processes even to the point where I am simply fulfilling orders from my phone while I'm a the beach. Not bad! Thanks for your help Todd! You are amazing!

I am using this app because Shopify is no longer providing support for the Amazon marketplace app. Cara answered all my question while I migrated to the ByteStand app. I was even able to do a video call with her to make sure things were setup correctly.

Amazing customer support! Needed help with adjusting the language during checkout and was provided with the utmost care. Also had an issue with free shipping with discounts and was helped straight away. Would recommend any day

I must say that this is an amazing app. We have been struggling to find a solution to ship our Shopify orders from our amazon FBA inventory and this app does the job very well. Although there is still some scope of improvement, yet this is an great app. Their customer support is great too. I had a ton of questions and their customer support rep Cara has been very helpful. Thanks a lot for this wonderful app guys!

We were scrambling to find a solution after our native Shopify/Amazon FBA integration suddenly stopped working, and we're happy we found Amazon FBA Shipping! Cara was super helpful in answering all my questions prior to setup, and even during setup I was able to schedule basically an on-demand virtual call so I could ask her more questions. Can't beat that level of service! We also decided to go with this app because it allows you to decide if you want to configure products for FBA OR FBM shipping. The other apps recommended to us (e.g. Cedcommerce) did not allow you to distinguish the two, and operated on the assumption that every product in your Shopify store was FBA, regardless of the fulfillment settings you set up in Shopify. Needless to say, we're relieved we found a solution and definitely recommend going with Bytestand for your FBA integration needs!

This app is going to save me more time than anyone would believe. It is a MUST for those that would like Amazon to be the order fulfillment center. I spoke with Cara through customer service and she was extremely helpful with every question I had. I would rate more than 5 stars if that were possible!

This is a great app that works as advertised. I had some questions about my setup. I reached out to the support team and quickly got a response from Cara. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Highly recommend this app.

The app has a couple of steps to set up. I followed the YouTube video on the subject. Simple in hindsight and allows you the ability to pick which product you fulfill from FBA which is a nice feature. The checkout experience is also great on the consumer end with dynamic pricing which allows us to leverage Amazon's low shipping prices which results in higher conversion. I reached out to Cara at customer support a couple of times and she was very helpful (read patient) and gave everything a double check. Will likely use this again for future implementations.
