The app has a couple of steps to set up. I followed the YouTube video on the subject. Simple in hindsight and allows you the ability to pick which product you fulfill from FBA which is a nice feature. The checkout experience is also great on the consumer end with dynamic pricing which allows us to leverage Amazon's low shipping prices which results in higher conversion. I reached out to Cara at customer support a couple of times and she was very helpful (read patient) and gave everything a double check. Will likely use this again for future implementations.

Used this app for a while. Occasionally it wouldn't allow customers to complete their purchase claiming that we didn't ship to the UK. Approx 2% of orders affected. Shopify adamant problem isn't with them. Tried to get Bytestand to look into the problem but after hearing nothing on the subject have given up. Voting with our feet and moving to another app which also offer inventory synchronization.

The app has worked great on my trial orders so far. Even better is their customer support. Hands down the best support I have gotten on any of the dozens of apps I have used/tried in the past.

I used this app to fulfill my shopify orders through amazon fba. It not only save me money on the shipping but also freed up my time to focus more to grow my business. Setting up the app was easy once you follow the video instructions and Cara was always available ready to assist if needed. Great experience overall all and saving $$ is always a plus.

I used this App to connect my Shopify Store to Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment in Germany. Set up is quite easy. Support from Cara is very friendly and efficient.

I have been using this app for a while now and it has worked flawlessly. I am almost carefree of all orders coming from the EU. Brexit has caused things to change but these guys are already working on it. Cant recommend it enough. And yeah, they have rock star customer support people like Cara!

This app works as described. Cara was helpful beyond my expectations and answered the questions I had with screenshots & videos, while clarifying some aspects of Amazon Seller, FBA, MCF etc.

the app guides you well through the installation process and is not a hassle in any way. it will save us a ton of time in the future! when we faced some issues due to our wrong settings set up, Cara was extremely helpful to resolve the issue and has even pointed out some other things she noticed in the settings that could be problematic. she even made a vid for our shop to guide us through the settings. Thank you Cara :) Recommend this app 10/10

Best customer service I've ever come across. I've had a few issues (nothing to do with ByteStand) and their help is over the top. Responds very quickly and give detailed help. She usually sends videos that takes me through the whole process. I'm very impressed!
