This app has saved us so much time and money! They always handle help resolve our issues even if it means reaching out to other apps and working together with them. They are a small team so responses can take up to a few hours for them to get back to you on. Sometimes this can cause issues if it relates to a functionality that you need for sales. It is rare that we have had that issue. Overall 5 stars! Bytestand thank you for your incredible service! Everyone else reading this just buy the app and save yourself some time! Plus the more people on board the more people Byestand can hire. Which means quicker responses to tickets. Win-win! :) Special Thanks to Cara for helping us with our recent issue! So happy with the customer service from this app! I knew I needed this app, but I really had no clue how to set it up. I reached out to confirm things were set up correctly and Cara helped me out. My settings were a mess (my words, not hers!). Cara's videos, quick emails, and offer to screenshare to resolve my issues were SO helpful. Things are running smoothly now. Thanks ByteStand!

Really nice app - especially considering that Shopify does not deliver this functionality itself - and superb support. I had a few mails with Cara and I can tell you that she is very nice and more than happy to help. Feedback is very much appreciated and I think this team is heading in the right way. If you're using FBA and you want to connect it to Shopify, then this is your solution.

Great app to save time by automating orders. The customer support is amazing, they were a real help with my complex UK/EU + FBA/manual requirements. I've saved hours of my time using this app.

I can not recommend the app and especially the service provided. We have a running shop and implemented the app. First we never, after several tries got a full setup from the guys. We asked them several times for a detailed documentation about the linking. They couldnt provide and just showed us one crappy video. Then we had some extended requirements about EU wide shipping and different charges. Its not supported. If you sell FBA and FBM you will get in a lot of trouble. Then we deleted the app and all the settings were broken. Just a big mess up. Just to let everyone know. Its a very crucial process with the app and the support is really bad. Thats a reason I wouldnt go for these guys. How can you offer something like this and not even provide a complete documentation for a setup?! Thats in no way professional. And then you get one reply every day. Good luck to get this running.

Great app. Does exactly what I need it to do. Customer support are also fast and helpful. This is really the best option when using Amazon FBA and shopify together.

Soooo if you use Shopify and Amazon this App is a "must-have" For example we now can ship all our products to UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain at very reduced Amazon shipping rates AND it's just about 100% automated. Now it can be a bit tricky to set up as it's not always straight forward BUT with a little help from the excellent ByteStand support group, this capability makes our business so much more scalable and consistent. We now personally only ship products outside the amazon areas. For example, if we get US orders we have to fulfil these ourselves. However, if we stocked product in Amazon US we could get the app to cover Shopify Fulfilment for the US too. Overall I'm VERY impressed. Just be aware it can be a little more involved to get this up and operating properly. BUT when it is up and working ITS BRILLIANT........ Thanks, Todd for your help when we needed some assistance. Cara is also great at fixing my issues really quickly ..... wooo hooooo

Excellent customer service from the beginning. Easy to set up and sync between Shopify and Amazon! Scheduled a call with an expert through the app to double check everything was set up right just in case. Todd (the expert on the call) had all the answers I was looking for, gave great advice, and much more! Our 1hr scheduled call only needed to last 20mins! Buttery smooth process with real expert customer service. Would highly recommend. Thanks again Todd!

This app is great. We were running low on house inventory but had plenty in FBA. This app allows us to continue to serve our customers with items that would otherwise be out of stock. Also, the customer service is phenomenal! They will walk you through anything and make sure you are equipped to get up and running seamlessly. Highly recommend!
