I bought this app to help me fulfil orders from shopify to FBA and it works perfectly and the support is really great! Thanks Gennifer you have really helped me out! Keep up the good work!

The support is dedicated to help resolve any issues. Got two calls to help minimize the back and forth on email and you can tell they care about their customers and want to help through any set up problems. App runs smoothly and can connect multiple shopify stores to 1 Amazon account, save yourself the time and money fulfilling orders and use ByteStand.

Ran into some issues initially but they called me and were really cool and helpful. They fixed all the issues I ran into, would recommend this app for sure!

Very useful app that has allowed my store to not only allow Amazon to handle our fulfillment, but also allows us to fulfill select products ourselves if certain conditions are met. The support is also fantastic, highly recommend!

Wow - this is exactly what i was after!! I've been selling on Amazon and have now branched out into Shopify. I needed an app which would seamlessly link my Shopify orders into Amazon, so they could deliver as part of FBA and this is exactly what i was after. I had some issues setting up, but the support from Gennifer was amazing! Sorted some issues with the code and got me up and running - really impressed with the support. Gives you confidence that any future issues will be promptly resolved. This will be a game changer as i can sit back and not have to worry about fulfilling orders. So happy i found this app!

This app is going to be a game changer for us. I had a technical issue but got first class customer service from Gennifer who not only resolved the issue, but was happy to stay on the line while I was testing it out.

This is an absolute must have app if you are selling internationally via Amazon and Shopify and if you don't want an international 3PL. Bytestand's FBA shipping app has connected our Shopify stores to our Amazon UK account and essentially gives us the market reach we wanted in the EU. Installation is incredibly simple and if there is an issue, Todd and his team will always have a solution and most of the time its sent over in less than 24hr. Awesome app and some of the best customer service I've experienced when it comes to Shopify apps.

We've been using Bytestand for over a year now and they've really helped us integrate our store with our Amazon marketplaces. I've had to contact Todd a couple of times for some config and support issues and he's been incredibly responsive and helpful. App does exactly what I had hoped which is automatically update the customer with tracking once the order ships from Amazon. No more cut-and-pasting needed! Also worth including, I had some questions and support got back promptly with answers. kos.com

The support team at Bytestand are phenomenal!!! Cara thank you so much you are a life saver. One of the most important things when it comes to adding any new app to your store is the support team because if the system goes down that could cause a loss in revenue which hurts your bottom line. If your selling on Amazon using FBA this will be the perfect app for you.

*I will gladly change this review to 5 stars if/when this issue gets sorted as I hate leaving anything but 5 star reviews. But after a total of 7+ hours on the phone (conservatively) with staff from Shopify, ByteStand, and Amazon, and still not being able to get this app working as described, I feel this is a fair rating based on my experience; I am sorry. CONTEXT: The gentleman at ByteStand was very nice and professional and we trouble shot via shared-screen a lot of possible issues until everything seemed to be done correctly. However, allegedly I am still unable to fulfill international orders via ByteStand on FBA Export Eligible inventory. I was told that this is an Amazon issue, not a ByteStand issue in spite of my inventory being FBA Export Eligible. While on the phone with Amazon, they are told me that they do not allow "non-media" products to be internationally fulfilled via 3rd party fulfillment software, so there is a massive discrepancy here in what ByteStand FBA says they do vs what Amazon is telling me. I politely insisted that they were incorrect and escalated this case all the way up to Catalog Captive Team and then escalated it again to "Leadership" (with screen shots) insisting that this app should be working and that it was set up properly and that the problem must be on their end. The case is still open. However, I expect Amazon sweep this under the rug via ninja-closing-the-case-on-the-down-low and/or ninja-merging-the-case-with-an-unrelated-case-closed-weeks-ago which leaves me pounding sand for the last 2 days. Besides the app not working properly for me, the people at ByteStand were very nice and professional.

It is a great experience using bytestand !! All the orders outside USA is fulfilled automatically. Todd was of great help all through out!! Looking forward for useful apps from Byte stand. :)

I lost a ton of money on FBA shipping. It is complex and one size shipping doesn't fit all types of products for fulfillment. I called ByteStand and spoke with Todd the owner, he was great! I installed the app and was able to get it going in no time and ensuring that I have a small margin on shipping! If you use FBA you need this app! Thank me later!
