This a great App I needed to integrate my stock FMA to shopify and this was possible with this app. Costumer servcice provided by Chip was amazing, helped me on every step on the way, cleared every doubt, and helped me configure it.

I used this app without problems for a couple months. I woke up today to find that it said there were no rates available for my market, and that customers had been coming to the site for 14 hours without the ability to place an order, due to the shipping methods being broken from this app. I instantly deleted them and will never be using them again.

Unfortunately you ran out of FBA inventory. When a shop runs out of inventory Amazon no longer returns rates. The moral of this story is to ensure you do not run out of inventory as our other 800+ customers never had any issues.

Great app, even better support. I asked them quite a complicated question regarding how their app works with the Shopify API and they got back to me with a very useful answer within a day. Would definitely recommend!

I've recently launched in the US using FBA to fulfill orders from my site. Using ByteStand automates the process of sending orders to Amazon and pulling the fulfillment info back. I had a slight issue in that the orders though fulfilled on Amazon weren't changing from open status on my store. I asked Chip from ByteStand to take a look and he did so very quickly. Turned out the fault was with Amazon being slow to actually ship so the BStand app was working fine. Outstanding customer service and a good product. Highly recommend. Thanks guys.

Fab App and fab customer service. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Customer service is very responsive and more importantly very knowledgable. I'm know enjoying fully automated dispatch which is a huge relief. Thanks Bytestand!

I use FBA Shipping to handle our US and Canadian Shopify orders. It works excellent for what we need and their customer service has been A++. Would highly recommend using FBA Shipping for anyone that wants to easily integrate Amazon shipping fees on their Shopify store.

We used this app to replace a $500 per month multi-region fulfilment service that was becoming more and more inconvenient and meant we had to have both Amazon and alternate inventory in the USA,UK and Australia. Now we have only Amazon inventory and all our Shopify orders for US, European Union and Australian delivery are automated through FBA shipping by Bytestand. All that for $65 per month plus Bytestand’s tip that I could email Shopify, move to annual payment for the basic service level and still enjoy Carrier-calculated shipping for no extra cost (not advertised but available) That alone has saved us about $50 per month! Set up for 3 seller central channels was simple but you have to pay attention. Also because we still fulfil non FBA to other countries we had to use Locksmith together with the weight based shipping workaround that Bytestand explain, which is a clever solution to a Shopify limitation that only allows one fulfilment solution for each Product Name. As a result we now have an FBA product collection and a duplicate Non-FBA product collection with Locksmith limiting visibility by country. This was the most fiddly part of set up but is working really well. The Bytestand team checked it was all working when complete and fixed an error I had made. Great support. Great solution for multi-region fulfilment!

App works really well - opens the order and it's created on Amazon straight away - providing the right quantity is availability. Also fantastic support from Cara when enabling the app and ensuring everything was set up correctly.

This is an awesome app that does a great job of simplifying the process of using Amazon FBA to fulfill Shopify orders. I've been using it for about a year and I think it's a must-have app for anyone trying to accomplish this. And the customer service is extraordinary! Most companies give you canned replies that have nothing to do with the issue you're seeking help with, or don't go deep enough to resolve your issues. Gennifer at ByteStand did just the opposite. She took time to understand the root of my issue, then created detailed instructions with screenshots and directed me to relevant videos and articles. Customer service like this is rare, thus I'm grateful for ByteStand's app and their support.

I would rate this service zero if i could. I asked one of the customer service representatives Gennifer if they could guide me through on how to set it up properly as the service wasn't working probably and this is the message i received "Unfortunately, our FBA Shipping app can be complex to setup. It may be a better use of your time to explore other shipping options." Basically saying they couldn't be bothered.

We have a detailed record of all the conversations that come thru the help desk. We exchanged 69 emails with Alan of Nomad Travel. Gennifer spent hours explaining our app to Allen, both via email and over the phone, sharing our video library and helping Alan every way possible. Typically our app takes less than 5 minutes to install. At some point we have to let the user know that maybe this app isn't for them, we reached that point with Alan.

If you use FBA for your Shopify Store this is a must have app. I can highly recommend it. These guys offer the best ongoing support and customer service. Cara is amazing. She followed up the next day to make sure everything was working as required.

Definitely agree with Taco vs Burrito. The wording was confusing and also lead me to buy into the app. I am looking forward to the multi market place integration that the language alludes to. The support by Gennifer is reliable but they need to consider changing the write up as it is misleading.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU HAVE INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (in different regions of the world)! Note that if you are in the US and want to enable Amazon FBA Fullfillment you can't do it for international orders. Which means if you get a mix of orders, you can only have Amazon fullfill the orders to US addresses and not international but the whole thing breaks down because you can't just fullfill them yourself...the customer can't check out internationally! So frustrating to spend hours because it says "Amazon FBA fulfillment both in the US and abroad" but after hours and then speaking to them on the phone, they told me it wasn't possible. And you can't simply choose to fullfill the International orders on your own as it can only be Amazon 100% or you need to install and pay for Locksmith and clone all your products and then have those be only available internationally.... Either way this product won't let you fully outsource the fullfillment! So frustrating!!! You really need to change the messaging!
