Fantastic customer service, support and app. Cara is always eager to help and always answers any questions I have. Been using this app for multiple stores and it is amazing. Highly recommend, best customer service of any app I use.

Since the implementation of the latest update (known as FLEX, launched May 2024) our store has been broken - orders not being filled automatically, orders being marked as rejected in Shopify but actually processed in Amazon leading to duplicate orders, and our non-Amazon fulfilled orders no longer being fulfilled automatically. Staff I interacted with seemed nice and tried to be helpful, but in the end it's still broken and the result was "this is Shopify's fault, not ours, so nothing we can do about it. If you're a simple store shipping in one region and only using Amazon for fulfillment, then this may work for you. But if your business is slightly more complex, sells products in multiple countries using multiple third parties for fulfillment, then this product in its current state will not meet your needs and may interrupt the non-Amazon automations you have. We're exploring other options.

We love this APP and let me tell you, customer service is so easy to work with, they helped me step by step check my setup. USA based and very helpful, answered immediately. I recommend this company if you are big or small.

In my years of working with online companies and services, it's rare to encounter the level of support that Cara from ByteStand provided. She truly went above and beyond to resolve the issue I faced. Not only did she address the problem promptly, but she also took the initiative to record short instructional videos, walking through each step of the process as she fixed the issue. This not only solved the immediate issue but also empowered me to learn and troubleshoot similar problems in the future. Cara's dedication and expertise were evident throughout, and I greatly appreciate her promptness and effectiveness in resolving the issue. She's truly exceptional at what she does.

We've been using the ByteStand app for a while now, and we must say, it has simplified our life as a Shopify store owner. ByteStand's customer service is by far the best of any software company I have used. Cara was enormously helpful in getting my inventory synced and sent me screen recorded videos so I could do it myself in the future. Such a great experience as a small business owner!

We had gone through several applications before finding this one and it really solved all the problems that the others had. In addition, the service they offer to the customer is unmatched, they respond and solve incredibly quickly. We are super happy to have found this application that has everything we need.

The app operates seamlessly, but on the rare occasions when issues do arise, ByteStand's exceptional customer service is always there to provide support. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is so impressive that if it were possible to award more than 5 stars, I definitely would.

This is A GAME CHANGER for our business. It allows us to sync with our Amazon backend to flawlessly fulfill thousands of orders a month. Cara with the support desk is THE BEST THING THAT EVER HAPPENED to customer service. Truly, our business wouldn't be what it is today without her help. 10/10 recommend everything about it.

Perfect solution for syncing Shopify orders with Amazon. They also listen to sellers and promptly update their App to accommodate sellers needs over time. Their customer rep, Cara, is also fantastic!

This is easily the BEST application for bundling products and/or setting up shipping through Amazon and other sales channels. It has alleviated SO many issues and headaches for my brand. The customer service is absolutely top notch as well, chat with a REAL person and they resolve all your issues within minutes. I would give this 100 stars if I could. Just install it.

I had a question about our shipping options to create a better customer experience. I reached out to the chat and they responded quickly and were really helpful. It was clear to understand and if I was unclear on what to do exactly they were able to walk me through it. Great experience!

Let me start off by saying that I didn't mind paying $85 a month for this app because of the customer service. There are many apps on here that are much cheaper, and Amazon even has a free one! I'm a very busy business owner and dealing with customer service agents can be a very time consuming task. Cara is great! The problem is, she's not always there. She will be there on chat, but when chat's not available you get this other agent named Todd. He's rude, condescending and quite unwilling to help. It's a complete 180 from Cara. I'm not sure if I'm going to continue using the app, but if I don't, it won't be because of Cara. Why would anyone want to spend their hard earned money with a company that treats their customers this way?

Cara is the person who you speak to when there's a problem and she is as good as it gets in her role. When I installed the app I had a lot of setting issues in Shopify and Amazon that were preventing things from working. I first requested help through the app and within minutes received an email from Cara suggesting what I could try, giving me her phone number to call, or allowing me to book a video call so we could share screens and walk through the settings together. I opted for the video call and Cara guided me through everything and shared a few tips as well. Everything is now setup and working perfectly. Thank you Cara!
