Responsive customer service, they were able to effectively walk me through issues. - UX is clunky and there were some tricks to get around some of the bugs - No issues with functioning

This app is going to save me so much time fulfilling virtual bundles on Amazon. I recommend it and Cara did a great job helping me set it up. Definitely recommend it!

Using this now on a second store, where it's way cheaper to fulfil with Amazon than another 3rd party. Works like a charm, and very easy to set-up once you've done it once....

Cara was great! She walked me through everything making sure the ByteStand Amazon app what installed and operating correctly. She also was able to answer all my questions and concerns.

A fantastic app and even more fantastic support! This app is reducing a ton of stress by allowing me to consolidate operations through Amazon with seamless customer experience. App set up is super easy with easy to following guidance. When I ran into some issues with how Shopify was set up on my end, Cara provided amazing support and the issue was fixed in no time. I cannot recommend it enough.

Good app but even better customer service. Not only is Cara quick to reply, she provides clear instructions on how to resolve the issue. Her Knowledge Base tool is extremely helpful.

App setup is not exactly intuitive, which was kind of expected. But their customer support is very prompt and thorough, especially Cara. Really appreciate her assistance so far!

the app stopped working recently, but it has come back up after 1-2 hours, and the team has been responsive since then. But it may need a little bit improvement on preventing the downtime from happening again

We're a small $40 p/m customer for ByteStand's app, yet they went out of their way to help configure our Shopify store to automate fulfilment of our Website orders using our Amazon FBA stock. Once you understand how their app works, it's real neat and totally removed our Shopify + FBA integration headache... Highly recommend....

I use the app to move orders received into Shopify to Amazon for MCF Fulfillment. I also use the app to update Shopify with Selling Prices and Inventory Quantities from Amazon. I highly recommend ByteStand. The set-up was straight-forward and easy. They have a series of very short videos that explain and walk you through each step. If you do have questions, need help with a step or run into any issues, their support (based in the U.S.) is terrific! If the functionality is what you need, I would definitely go with ByteStand Amazon FBA / MCF Shipping.

This app was exactly what I was looking for. I was having a storage problem with my product, now I don't have to worry about that anymore because this app allows me to fulfill my Shopify orders directly through the amazon warehouse. On top of all this, their support is excellent! I had Cara help me with a few setup issues and she made it seem so easy. I felt like I was chatting with someone who actually enjoys helping others! I can confidently recommend this app to anyone because of how good their support is.

I wanted to comment on the fantastic assistance I received when I had a slight issue with my inventory sync. Cara dedicated the time to help me resolve the issue by providing clear communication/directions and even provided a custom video which demonstrated exactly what to do to solve the problem. OUTSTANDING service! We all know how invaluable that is in today's business environment. Thank you Cara!

It's easy to set up with the instructions from Cara. If you need assistance, Cara is available via email or phone when you schedule a time to speak with her. She'll help you through all your issues (as long as though issues are about the app).
