Excellent support to work through any of the technical details that I hadn't set up correctly. They even filmed a short video to show me exactly what I had missed, and then were able to request collaborator status to help me make the adjustment. Super helpful. The prices are definitely not cheap for the various country and feature add ons, and it definitely made me question if this was really going to pay off. Perhaps not appropriate for smaller sellers, and they could consider a volume based initial discount to make it more approachable. But my trial ends tomorrow and I have a confidence that I can expand this channel enough to compensate for the fees over time, especially as I grow my SKU count.

I think this app it's a great added value for all the merchants are now selling on amazon FBA and wants to connect the FBA to their store. It was a bit tricky in the first moment, but Cara from the customer service it's a star and helped me solve all the problems and now let me go live with a new store.

Customer service is always timely and the problem is always addressed and explained with great clarity so that the same issue is detectable if it ever reoccurs. Definitely a well supported application with great capability that continue to improve.

I used 2 apps before trying ByteStand. Bytestand works great, but I have to say they're BEST asset is their customer service. Setting up a connection with MCF is not trivial and there are a ton of settings to change, and their customer service literally walks you through everything, sending you screenshots and even doing the adjustments for you if you want. Stellar service and app, will definitely continue using!

Really good solution for us in order to quickly start selling without needing a seperate warehouse. We had some issues syncing the stock but Cara really quickly helped!

App does exactly what I needed! Never have to pack another box and drop it off at UPS. Great support, I always get my questions answered. They seem to be open to new ideas on improving the app such as notification for multiple shipments for one order. I highly recommend it! Works as promised.

I have had a GREAT experience so far. Never did I expect to receive such incredible customer support from an App. Cara (spelling?) is extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to help out. She is so patient and kind as well. 10/10

Great support by Cara. Set up can be complicated but once we received the first order, Cara provided outstanding support. Even created a video on the fly to show me how to resolve the problem.

We finally found an app that really works. The app is robust and syncs orders and inventory perfectly. We're very happy. Plus, customer service is the best. Cara is amazing, she is available and always willing to help. Very efficient and knowledgeable . Look no further, this is the ideal app for any Shopify seller using Amazon FBA/ MCF.

We've been using ByteStand since December 2022 and have been so impressed with how easy it is to use. The stand out is the amazing customer service we've experienced. Cara is truly amazing; great communication and always so quick to reply to any questions. ByteStand has improved our processes and saves so much time.

this app is not transparent about their pricing. I had to spend a lot of time using it before i could figure out how much it was actually going to cost me. It the end, this app would cost me 4x the price of other apps i've already used, that do the same thing. Frustrating because it's just a waste of my time. Make a good product and be transparent. Pricing is only visible once you’re connected everything and spent time setting it up. It took a long conversation with the chat agent to even figure out the costing. “Starting at 25$/markletplace would” might be a transparent way to communicate. No need to obscure the pricing. It just makes you look bad.
Our app was only installed for a total of 15 minutes, which simply isn't enough time to ascertain our value. Furthermore, inside the app all our pricing is laid out plainly so shops can customize it to their exact needs.

The app is fairly easy to install and configure. Once setup it works without much management at all. Our store uses subscriptions where orders are generated automatically by a third-party app and I had some trouble figuring out how to configure this. I chatted support and got in touch with Cara right away. She immediately knew exactly which settings to change to solve my issue (less than 5 minutes and we were syncing subscription orders)! Thanks Cara!
