Just started using this App. Will come back and provide more insights after few months. So far, the customer support is excellent. Cara is really helpful in terms of helping me set up the app and answer my questions!

I typically don't leave reviews, but with the exceptional service I just received from Cara, I had to jump on and leave my 2cents. App works flawlessly when set up correctly, but had a small issue and used the Chat with Cara. She patiently guided me through all the steps and even logged in and reviewed all the settings and test transactions to ensure I was fully up and running. Kuddos for the excellent customer service! 5 stars for the app, plus an additional 5 for Cara. I give it a 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was looking for an app that helps me fulfill my orders from Amazon inventory and this app is just what I needed. Besides, their customer support is absolutely awesome! Cara helped me to sync my products and went over the line to help solve my issue. Five stars!!

absolute MUST if you are doing fulfillment with Amazon. Customer service is fantastic, got all our issues handled by CARA in a timely & friendly manner. 10/10

I have to admit there were a couple hiccups along the way but the support (Cara) was fantastic. We got the whole thing done (Deliverr to FBA) and now it is humming along. Very happy - thanks, highly recommend!

Cara is the best! Amazing customer support, we are so happy and it is very rare when service points out that we might pay more than we have to as we have cancelled something but not throughout the whole process. Very grateful!

Very happy with this fulfillment app, it seamlessly connects Shopify with our Amazon FBA. Had minor issues in the initial setup, but it was very quickly fixed by Cara from their customer service. Would highly recommend it!

Very useful app that can be set up in minutes with ease. Makes life a lot easier with auto-fulfilling orders. Cara is super helpful and highly recommend her as a customer service rep as well as the app to any Amazon sellers looking to sync FBA+Shopify

Great app for integration between Shopify and Amazon. I'm a new customer but have been very happy so far. There definitely are some nuances to getting things set up and understanding how Shopify and Amazon work together, but Cara is amazing and always helpful as customer support. There are also plenty of tutorial walkthroughs on setting everything up and dealing with common issues. Highly recommended.
