When choosing a program, we focus on the functionality and quality of technical support. When choosing this program (an alternative to Google channel by Shopify), I counted on additional fields and very high-quality technical support, despite the fact that it is inconvenient to work in an outside program. At first: - the responses were very quick - many promises to refine and improve There was a lot of hope. In fact: - fields are very often transmitted incorrectly. We have to check / look for an error in the shopfy, and in their program, and in the merchant center. - synchronization with the merchant center every 3 hours. This is unacceptable if you regularly run promotions. The price display on the website and in the merchant center does not correspond to 3 hours or more (+ processing time). And time and clicks are your money that you lose. - you have to wait weeks for answers - I have not received a response to the request for the correctness of uninstalling the program ...

I think this company has closed. I've been submitting several support questions in the live chat sessions without any response for days. Now the feed is "under maintenance" whatever that means.

I would love to rate this app highly but in the last 2 days, the entire site keeps going down. You can't even access the app website, I can't trust my catalog with a website that isn't stable and keeps crashing...going to pay for another app.

App had issues so i wanted to remove it but there isn't functionality to remove the feed so now im stuck with broken products in my merchant feed
Hi Brock, Users are not able to delete the feed in-app since it is a back-end thing, so our team already deleted it for you. Moreover, you can also delete our feed on Google Merchant to make sure that there will be no product from our feed there. Simply go to Feeds, hover on Content API, and press the Bin icon to delete our feed from your Google Merchant account. Warmest regards, Vivian

asking 3 question takes 5 days to get answered. good app for google but for facebook not at all. ... ( i didn't sey your app is bad ) main reason is waiting days for 1 answer. and no thanks i will look for something else .

In your last messages with me, you asked if our app automatically created a feed in your Facebook Business Manager. To clarify, do you mean that you see the feed in the Catalog Manager section of your Facebook Business account? If so, then it is because Business Manager is a central space to manage your business, including advertising your products and selling them. The tool to manage your products in separate catalogs is Catalog Manager. Therefore, once you click on the Catalog Manager section in your Facebook Business account, you will see the catalog created by our app there. The one created by our app will have the catalog ID matches the one in the app. Besides, you also mentioned that the catalog is owned by Shopify. Since the name of the owner is the name of your Facebook Business account, so please re-check your Business Account name. 2. Secondly, you mentioned that "the products aint even show up correct". Can you specify which field that got synced incorrectly (image/price/inventory)? I really like this app. It's simple and straightforward to get your feeds into the Google Merchant Center with this app. One of the best things about SocialHead apps is that they have simple and easy screens/user interfaces and most importantly have an awesome support team which responds quickly in the best of their capacity to fix/help with issues and queries. This app has a lot of potential to evolve further with much enhanced functionalities like bulk edits on product groups/collections for google/facebook catalog fields. Happy to recommend this app for anyone looking to add social platform shopping to their stores. Good luck SocialHead!

Gawd-Damn this app is good, easy and a helleva problem solver, was having issue with my facebook pixel / google pixel syncing products, but within 10 mins of installing this APP all my products are synced to facebook and in process with google. This app is a godsend, and free.... thanks guys hellava job you done :) www.zodiac-ware.com

The most unhelpful customer service I have ever seen. I am just shocked that I am not able to get any sort of assistance from the support...

On the same day, I already informed you how to fix the errors and received your reply. Great App, do exactly with it says . very simple . very good support . solved a problem we had with other App that forced us to manually update the MPN every time the store synchronized . Great Support !!! very satisfied.

This app is super userful to fill most of the feeds required for google. Support is the best, super friendly and they guide you perfectly. I'm confident (and i hope) that they will improve the app even more. Once they will integrate all the fields, this app will be the perfect replace for the most famous and paid apps for bulk editing. Excellent work!!
