I used it for a while. It seemed like a large-scale operation with a bright future, but in practice, things often didn't go as planned. I would place orders for customers and pay high shipping fees to get the goods to them as soon as possible, but the orders were always delayed. Some orders were even delayed for more than 10 days. Before I placed the order, they said they had enough stock, but they could never ship the goods after I placed the order because they were out of stock. It was very puzzling, and customer service didn't offer any solutions.

We have carefully checked our records and found that you installed the app on February 7th, and there are currently no orders being processed. A 10-day shipping delay on the day of installation is impossible. We pride ourselves on real-time inventory and professional customer support. If you are a genuine user experiencing this issue, please provide your order number so we can resolve it immediately. Otherwise, we suspect this might be a review for another service.

This app was extremely disappointing. First, the currency and prices had to be manually converted. Worse still, there were no product descriptions at all, and they were very vague. Shipping was also incredibly slow, with some orders taking over 15 days to ship. Customer service was also consistently unreachable. I personally do not recommend using this app.

Hello, we are very surprised by this comment because our backend data shows a completely different situation. Your account was registered on the same day, and the app was installed just that day. It's impossible for it to show "used for a period of time" or "delayed by 10 days" within a few hours of installation. 2. Order Records: Our system shows that your store has no orders. We haven't had the opportunity to process any shipping or inventory for you. 3. Store Status: We noticed that your Shopify store is not yet activated/open. The service was absolutely terrible. Customer service was incredibly slow to respond. Before we started working together, they said the item was in stock, but afterwards they said it was out of stock and they couldn't ship it. Customer service couldn't resolve the issue and their responses were very slow, wasting a lot of my time. During the communication process, they couldn't offer any effective solutions. It was incredibly frustrating!

Fácil para iniciantes, e o atendimento ao cliente é incrivelmente paciente! Esta foi minha primeira experiência com dropshipping e, inicialmente, não entendi muito bem muitos dos recursos. O Lip, da FForder, foi muito prestativo e me guiou pacientemente pelo processo de configuração e envio, passo a passo. Me dando dicas e sempre muito solicito. Toda a experiência foi muito intuitiva. FForder is the best order fulfillment plugin I've ever used. It supports one-click ordering. After connecting to AliExpress, I almost don't need to process orders manually. The backend is fully automatic. What's even more surprising is that it can also import products in batches, which is very suitable for sellers with multiple stores.
