Digital Downloads ‑ Filemonk

Nagaraj was absolutely wonderful to work with to adjust a few minor form settings for me. Despite his busy workload, he kindly made the adjustments and was so patient and graciou with me (I'm very new to Shopify and the Filemonk app). Shashi was very helpful and was able to edit my download page to make the font larger (as my brand font was very small). It was done super quickly and Shashi was very friendly. He then helped me again to sort out some technical stuff in the back end.

LIsten, I didn't get name, though it was right there in the header. But I know that sentient is a keeper. S/he solved my frustion in one sitting. I love the approach to problem solving. I learned a lot more than I had intended. Thank you.
