Perfect app, very intuitive and easy to setup. Works great, customers can download their files right from the thank you page and they also receive an email. I haven't had one customer yet ask me where their files are. Great app

I have just launched my first digital product using Filemonk. I am using the free version at the moment because I wanted to trial it but I am super impressed already. It is very easy to use and very initiative. The free version is limited in the number of downloads per month but it does include enough of the other features that I have been able to get a great understanding of what I can do. I will be upgrading to the paid version soon. Thank you for an excellent product.

After testing multiple apps for digital file delivery, Filemonk has proven to be the best option for our needs. It makes management of our digital products and fulfillment very easy. Also, support is very quick to respond and makes sure that any questions we have are answered in detail, where other apps may just send you a link to a knowledgebase article. Highly recommend!

the customer support team is fast responsive, very knowledge, and very helpful. the app is easy to use and comfortable, i had no problems with customers not getting their product, everything was smooth. highly recommend to anyone who sells digital products

I was having some trouble uploading my digital product to my shopify that youtube couldnt even properly instruct me on how to from scratch. I reached out to shopify and they connected me to filemonk support and Anaam was such an amazing help! In just one email that she responded to I had my issue resolved. She was able to provide me with the proper help with no hesitation, definitely keeping filemonk around because of her outstanding effort.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Service von Filemonk. Wir hatten noch nie Beanstandungen seitens der Kunden, und bei Fragen ist immer rasch jemand verfügbar. Die Funktionalität enthält, was wir brauchen, zu einem angemessenen Preis. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Don't search more, here is your solution. Simply the best digital downloads because you don't even notice it anymore after you install it and set it up with 5 clicks. Well done peps!

Compared to other apps, FileMonk offers a little more storage to start—that's why I switched. Plus, the UI is pretty and clean. Took a little bit of jerry-rigging to get it tailored to my specifications, but it wasn't hair-pulling, and a quick Google search helped troubleshoot any issues. I'll be happy to stay committed to FileMonk for as long as it works.
