This has been by far one of the better Apps for my shopify store. most everything about it is easy to navigate the customers receive the product instantly and I don't have to worry about constant babysitting of the App.

I asked for support and received a response not even 5 minutes later. I also really like the option to stay on a free plan if you don't have more than 30 orders a month. This is great for small businesses or someone who's just starting out. Thank you! :)

This is a great app that has met all of my needs for digital downloads! My entire shop are digital downloads, so it's really important that this is seamless for me (I tried the free version from Shopify and it just did not cut it). The best part about this app is Kartik: he is so responsive and so willing to make adjustments to the product to meet specific needs. Thank you, Kartik!

We are just moving our digital content shop from another platform to Shopify. Since we are a digital-only shop this wouldn't have been possible without Kartiks Filemonk. His support so far has been fast, straight and always practical helping out without hesitation wherever we found limits. The little issues and needs that we have with the App like exporting, sorting and filtering files and products or multi-language will very probably be solved in future updates. Looking forward to see the shop start. Up to now tests have been working out very fine. Thank you Kartik.

Awesome service, I had a question this morning and tried the live chat not thinking anyone would answer...but they did! Gave me a clear answer and showed me where to find what I needed. Also liked that a tutorial video by the owner helped me update code on my Shopify site to integrate downloads to my customer account. This app is highly recommended by me!

Great, affordable app! Very clear for both the business owner to use as well as for the customer who's buying the digital product. I wanted our customers to only receive 1 email with both the order confirmation and the download button. At first, it wasn't possible to disable the mail sent by Filemonk so I reached out to Kartik. He updated his app in a day, to cater to our needs. On top of that he provided me with a new piece of coding that I could add to the Shopify order confirmation mail which would show an eye catching download button and would get the customer in the Filemonk flow. For someone who's in online business but is not a web developer, this kind of support is GOLD! Thanks Kartik!
