Digital Downloads ‑ Filemonk

I asked for support and received a response not even 5 minutes later. I also really like the option to stay on a free plan if you don't have more than 30 orders a month. This is great for small businesses or someone who's just starting out. Thank you! :)

This is a great app that has met all of my needs for digital downloads! My entire shop are digital downloads, so it's really important that this is seamless for me (I tried the free version from Shopify and it just did not cut it). The best part about this app is Kartik: he is so responsive and so willing to make adjustments to the product to meet specific needs. Thank you, Kartik!

I love this app! It works great. Plus, customer service is top notch. I highly recommend this if you have any digital products you are selling. The free version is even wonderful, but I love the added storage & other perks you get when you get at least the next step up. Either way, this company/app are some of my favorite to work with so far, and I've worked with a lot of apps for my store!

We are just moving our digital content shop from another platform to Shopify. Since we are a digital-only shop this wouldn't have been possible without Kartiks Filemonk. His support so far has been fast, straight and always practical helping out without hesitation wherever we found limits. The little issues and needs that we have with the App like exporting, sorting and filtering files and products or multi-language will very probably be solved in future updates. I'm so impressed with the customer support for this app! I had some difficulty with linking bulk files to products and their different variants and the developer of the app jumped on a live chat (very late in evening his time) to help me step by step with the process to make the linking to different variants and files so much easier and quicker. In moving forward this has saved me so much time and makes the whole set up more streamlined. I'd highly recommend this digital download app for the ease of use and most of all for the quality of support!

I had an issue adding variant sales options this morning so I used the handy live chat button. After a couple of minutes wait I was connected with Shashi who worked on his end to fix my issue. I was able to continue to use Shopify by navigating different pages without losing the in-progress chat session on the Filemonk app. It's the best live chat experience I've had, other companies live chat kicks you over to an AI response which then doesn't go anywhere. Very happy I chose Filemonk for my Shopify digital download solution.

Great, affordable app! Very clear for both the business owner to use as well as for the customer who's buying the digital product. I wanted our customers to only receive 1 email with both the order confirmation and the download button. At first, it wasn't possible to disable the mail sent by Filemonk so I reached out to Kartik. He updated his app in a day, to cater to our needs. On top of that he provided me with a new piece of coding that I could add to the Shopify order confirmation mail which would show an eye catching download button and would get the customer in the Filemonk flow. For someone who's in online business but is not a web developer, this kind of support is GOLD! Thanks Kartik!

So helpful getting set up - Kartik goes that extra mile. He's always there when I have a question. My download page looks inviting and professional. My digital downloads are not large files, and starting out with my website, free is important!
