We have just started testing the product. Customer support has been very responsive and helpful for our DKIM settings. Will report later about the overall experience. So far 5 out of 5!

I’m new to Filemonk (and indeed Shopify) and am very impressed with help received from Hassan. I’ve managed to set up the download link on the customer thank you page which is exactly what I wanted. Hassan checked that everything was working ok at his end and I’m no longer confused. Update: had a new query and was helped by Shashi. Very patient. Ultimately this is a great app for sending files I am very happy with it.

This has worked well for us. Their support was very helpful with some of the more advantaged features like the DKIM setup for custom emails.

Customer Service is top! I ased for a discount to fully test the app longer than the 14 days and they did not hesitate and made sure I was all set. The app is very easy to use, straightforward and clean.

This app has been really solid so far. I like that it combines both licence keys and file downloads, so I don’t need separate tools to manage everything. Being able to send customers straight to a download page from the thank-you page is a nice touch and makes the whole process feel smoother. I was also impressed by how much functionality you get even on the free plan. And when I had a small question, customer support replied quickly and helped me sort it out without any hassle. Overall, it’s a very good app for anyone selling digital products.
