I had an issue setting up the Dkim autentication and Anaam helped me in the blink of an eye!!!! 10/10 customer support!!! And the app is amazing!!!

Tons of customization options for customer views, emails, orders, etc; easy bulk importing of digital files and bulk attachment to products; quick responsiveness by team - really excellent app!

This was my first time setting up to sell a digital product and it was an easy process, which I definitely appreciated. I like that their paid plans are reasonably priced. I had a question and the representative got back to me promptly and was very kind and professional. After I set up my product, I ran a test order and everything went smoothly! I highly recommend the Filemonk app.
