Filemonk has been great. In over 1400 deliveries of digital products, maybe 3 weren't delivered. So, that's a 99.7+%. Honestly, it's probably closer to 100% I've been happy with Filemonk as the delivery system for my digital products. And they have a responsive tech team.

At first, I wasn’t quite sure how to use it, but when I asked via chat, they were quick to give me helpful instructions. Once you get the hang of it, it’s really easy. I think it’s easy to use even for small businesses.

Der Beste Support, den ich je erlebt habe. Es wurde sich sofort, um meine Problematik gekümmert (von einem realen Menschen im Chataustausch) und es wurden sogar ohne nachzufragen eigenständig Anpassungen gemacht, sodass alles genau so läuft wie es ich es vorhatte. Sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Und das in 100% positivster Art und Weise. Der Support war so gut und schnell, dass ich erst dachte ich werde gescamt um mal ganz ehrlich zu sein hahaha Also ich kann es zu 100% jedem nur empfehlen, der digitale Downloads anbieten möchte. Die Funktionen sind umfangreich, man kann alles einstellen und wenn man es nicht kann, macht der Support das für einen. Und mal so nebenbei.. ich habe nur den Free Plan und die sind trotzdem da so hinterher so gut zu helfen wie es nur geht.

This app has been pretty straight forward to set up, and help has been great. Chat was very responsive, and I was able to get help from someone on a Sunday and the issue was resolved quickly. I recommend this as a great digital download solution, especially for smaller businesses just getting started.
