I had a very disappointing experience with Finaloop. I was charged around $4,000 with the promise of having access to a human bookkeeper for support, but that never materialized. Within just a few weeks, I couldn’t reliably log in or get my accounts to sync, which made the service essentially unusable. When I reached out for help, instead of resolving the issues, I was told I would need to pay even more to get proper support. That was extremely frustrating and felt unreasonable. Ultimately, I switched back to a traditional bookkeeping service and found it to be more reliable, and actually more affordable than this AI-based option. Also, instead of refunding me for the remaining subscription they said they have a no return policy. Based on my experience, I would recommend proceeding with caution.

Great e-comm focused accounting software. Switched to Finaloop at the beginning of 2024 from Quickbooks. No competition/regrets there. I had given Xero a trial around the same time, but found Finaloop to be more user friendly and more robust for my needs at the time. They have made many great updates since, including product suggestions that I have personally requested, which shows that they really listen to their customers and are committed to evolving with the times. I find their support to be very helpful and generally quick in response time (less than 24 business hours, with the exception of tax season - can be slightly longer). Reporting could be more robust - I know they are constantly trying to improve this. Overall highly recommend.

Switching to Finaloop was the most reliving and best choice I have ever made. It was a bit stressful at first, because its a scary change. But its penny for penny perfect and their team is incredible. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ALL BUSINESS OWNERS ESPECIALLY ECOMMERCE!

Great experience! I have found my data to be a lot more accurate than other software I tried before due to the great integrations with Shopify. The support team is always very quick to reply and very thorough in their help. Highly recommend!

I was hesitant at first because of the price but in the end we were able to get rid of our bookeeper and are saving so much money. It's also helpful now that I am handeling it myself that I have a full picture of our financials instead of someone else who was organizing it all. It's also so much easier to to use than quickbooks. I have no financial background and it has given me a lot of clarity. I also love that there are live agents there to help any time I have a question about accounting and using the platform. Very easy to get answers.

Phenomenal app and support from the team. Onboarding was great and this really covers EVERYTHING an e-commerce business needs from inventory, COGs, bookkeeping, revenue, charts, everything in one place. Couldn't be more pleased with it.

Fantastic company and partners. Their team works extremely hard and they're truly kind when it comes to working with sellers. This company is very ethical, and when we had issues unrelated to them they were very understanding when many other software vendors wouldn't be. Their dashboard is easy and straightforward. Also there's many integrations that you wouldn't expect. Their network effects and growing popularity shine through. This is a very healthy company and that in part makes them a good financial partner for your business.

I've been on the app for about 2 mos now and am still learning, but 1) The initial integration was SUPER EASY (we sell on 5 channels including Amazon) 2) The support I have received is Top Notch and easily one of the top software companies I've ever interacted with. I am coming off of QuickBooks and A2X. While A2X made QB more manageable, after being on Finaloop I can see how outdated it is and how bad it is for an eCommerce business - never mind the cost savings. I am so grateful to the person for the recommendation to give this a try! Highly recommend!

I've had a great experience using Finaloop over the past couple years. I decided to use them over more standard accounting software mainly because of the price, but it's also been much more convenient and easy to use than I expected. Being able to chat with the accountants is very helpful. I haven't had to hire a bookkeeper at all, which has been great! I also love that the whole system is tailored to e-commerce stores. They do a great job of providing extra insights and help specifically for e-commerce, so it makes it much easier to understand where your business is actually at. Oh - and the live syncing with your platforms is a game-changer! No more waiting for 10+ days for your books to close from the previous months. I'm able to get a live glance at where my business is really at, anytime. So great! Highly recommend for anyone in e-commerce looking for reliable, easy to manage accounting software.

Finaloop has been life changing. After switching over from another horrible platform, the difference has been black and white. The customer service is amazing, the books are accurate, and we never have to worry about out of date financials again! 100% worth the cost!

Finaloop is more than an just an app. They are a well polished bookkeeping powerhouse. I cannot tell you how much time they have saved me. Working with Finaloop has been a total dream. I've gone through every bookkeeper imaginable. We switched from Bench in 2022, and since then, our books have been in tremendous shape. Clean user interface, tools, and reporting. Software is reliable. Most impressively, team is SUPER responsive which is a sign of an A+ company to work with. They're on top of everything, always. To my knowledge (and I've worked with many), they're the best eCommerce accountant out there right now.
