I’ve been using Fit Quiz for over a year now, and it has helped tremendously the way we handle sizing and fit for our customers. Recently, I encountered a minor issue where a button led to a "404 page not found" error, but it was quickly resolved. It’s a good feeling to know that behind a great product there's a support team that’s equally efficient. The monthly reports generated by Fit Quiz offers deep insights that help us understand our customers’ needs better. I can't recommend Fit Quiz highly enough for any retailer looking to improve their sizing accuracy and customer experience.

Really satisfied with both service and the app. The team is really helpful and the app is super easy to use since it's similar to Shopify UX/UI which makes it so much more intuitive.

Awesome app, and even better customer service! They'll help you get anything to work right away. Using the app has reduced return rate for us, and even increases conversion rate when after visitors have taken the size quiz.

*UPDATE REVIEW AFTER 2 YEARS USING* I had to remove my review, and initial stars. Before This app used to be beneficial, It did help out with customers. However, I've noticed over even the past year. you've been having a lot of issues that if we made even the slightest change to anything with our theme, the complete app would just disappear entirely. I wouldn't know about it, I wouldn't be notified about it, unlike other apps that tell me that there's an issue, and they attempt to try to resolve it before I even realize it., that was not the case here. it's a shame, because after having this app for two years, the potential that could be.. But right now, in the heat of Black Friday coming up and after almost a dozen times or more, having to manually do it myself and spent the last two hours straight attempting to contact customer service. being told that I can't talk to anyone until tomorrow. Period. To me, I'm not just going to do that anymore. I have a business to run. I don't have the time for that., It's just very frustrating to spend all the time, not just in one app, but many apps to make sure your site is as clear and updated as possible. But this is just becoming too much more of an expense for time than it is in incentive for what we need it for.

5/5 stars! Easy to use and a great tool to minimise returns. The fit quiz calibration based on customer feedback is great, and for launching new products it's easy to base a fit quiz on an existing product or calibrate in-house. For custom developments (like fit quizzes for all product categories on a "general" size guide page) they provide expert advise and were able to implement within a matter of days! Highly recommended!

The app doesnt have XL, XXL, XXXL sizes so this app serves no good for me. And now the FREE plan has been taken away.
Hi there, thanks for your review. We can see that you haven’t integrated or launched Fit Quiz yet. As part of the onboarding/integrating the app you can customise Fit Quiz – including selecting size ranges that you want to show. The sizes that you mentioned, XL / XXL / XXXL are supported by default, so you must have missed it or didn’t get to that step during the onboarding. Finnaly a unique solution for clothing stores that doesnt bother the client with weight issues. Also you have body image figures that help the client to recognize herself with her body type. Very intuitive and fast to recommend a size. I did a lot of tests and works well. The support is great and helps you a lot!

I've been a Fit Quiz customer for a long time, and our customers use it a lot. The app does its work very well! Alex helped us change to yearly billing, a significant improvement compared to usage billing. We will continue to expand our product range and integrate Fit Quiz!
