Fantastic Experience with Keali Collier from FlavorCloud. I had a great meeting with Keali from the FlavorCloud team, she was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and patient in walking me through every detail of how FlavorCloud works. She took the time to explain the process clearly, answered all my questions, and helped me understand how FlavorCloud can be the right partner for my business.

Seriously good service! And I am talking both the actual shipping solutions, and the customer service, attention to detail, care and support from the Flavorcloud team. Since we onboarded almost a year ago, I've been able to direct every single question to a single person, Ryan. They don't hand you off to some overseas support-line with two days response time or ask you to talk to a chatbot. Ryan genuinely answers any questions or concern we might have usually within minutes. A few hours, max. Not days or weeks. And they take our very specific questions and problems we run into seriously. This says a lot about the actual company, that they let customer support issues reach all the way to the top, and the developers. Just today I found some functionality we would find useful in our company, I let Ryan know, he spoke to the CEO, and the development is now in the pipeline. We would not trust anyone other than the Flavorcloud team with us-based international shipping.

So far, FlavorCloud has been incredibly helpful to us! Jenn and Keali helped me set this up, and their customer service has been absolutely fantastic! Finding good customer service can be hard, and they have gone above and beyond to help us get things running smoothly, answering all questions quickly. We ship crystals and minerals across the world, and FlavorCloud allowed us to offer low shipping rates as well as great options for our customers. For our needs, their program lets us easily customize our shipments as needed. We've used many other services, and this is by far the best service we have used for international shipping. I highly recommend FlavorCloud and their amazing team for your shipping needs!

FLAVORCLOUD IS THE BEST!! They've helped me seamlessly grow my international business and reach new customers. The onboarding process took way less time than I thought, and it went smoothly. Ryan in particular gave us the best guidance - he was thorough, patient, and really understood our needs given the stage of our business. Customer service tickets have gone down, pricing is clearer for our customers, and the support team is very responsive. Our account rep Ryan is especially fantastic. The application is great, it offers everything you are looking for for the calculation of International Shipping with Duti and Taxes included for our web customers. The best thing without a doubt about the application, is the customer service, my experience with the account setup and training and clarification of doubts has been FANTASTIC, Keali Collier has been a delight and very helpful. 100% recommended for your business!

FlavorCloud and our rep, Keali Collier have been absolute LIFE SAVERS! As a small but rapidly growing business with customers world-wide desiring our products, we went from wasting hours and hours trying to get International orders to our customers, to a seamless buying experience. We were on the verge of no longer offering international shipping when we decided to give FlavorCloud a try. Keali has been our international "shipping angel" since day one when she called me back after I left a message at FlavorCloud headquarters. I highly recommend FlavorCloud if you too are pulling your hair out trying to serve your international customers! :D

Amazing app and stellar customer service. Never experienced any hiccups. When there are courier related issues, tracking questions, lost scenarios, etc., their customer service is always very speedy and responsive. 5 stars!

Be careful if you are shipping from the UK FedEx lost a parcel and we have no way of getting compensated for the loss which currently stands at around £400. We have chased this with FlavorCloud and they have said they can't help us. You have to be aware that when processing parcels in the UK with FedEx it is not a smooth process and involves requesting another label with a different tracking number from FlavorCloud that then sends the parcel to the FedEx hub in the UK. The parcel is then processed for overseas shipping from this Hub. Our parcel clearly states it was delivered at Fedex's Hub with a signature of the Fedex employee that received it. FlavorCloud have done nothing to resolve this which doesn't make us confident using their service going forward.
We apologize for the inconvenience and loss of shipment you have experienced with FedEx and FlavorCloud. We want to assure you that we take this matter seriously. As you are likely aware, FlavorCloud has refunded the shipping and landed cost for your lost parcel. Regarding the lost shipment, FlavorCloud acts as a middleman to provide access to our world’s largest carrier network. However, it's important to note that carriers do still lose parcels on some occasions. We always recommend business, route, or FlavorCloud insurance to protect yourself against carrier losses. We would love to discuss further to see if there is anything else we can do to assist. I know the team has been trying to make contact, and we hope to speak with you soon.

FlavorCloud consistently provides cost cutting and marketing recommendations to help grow our business. Our PO, Keali, is well versed in the FC dashboard and goes above + beyond to work with us and our 3PL to ensure orders are being processed and sent out on time.
