When we moved to Shopify we wanted to restore the customer account pages to match closely to what we offered on our previous platform. The main things we desired were a re-order function and being able to track the shipments. Flits worked closely with us to tailor their app to our needs while minimizing the overall footprint of the app on our site. While out of the box we needed to make some changes, they were fantastic in their willingness to help us get to where we needed to be.

Sto usando quest'app da qualche mese. Ti da una mano significativa perché ti permette di avere una pagina account molto performante, veloce, integrata e personalizzabile senza dover passare giorni a scrivere codici nel tema. Il servizio clienti è veramente molto competente: riesce a risolverti i problemi più disparati, dal funzionale al grafico, come se fosse il proprio sito.

We use the advanced account profile, store credit app and referral for our store. It works great and integrates with Klaviyo to automate a lot of the notifications and bring customers back for repeat orders. The team is very supportive and have helped us multiple times to make customisations to improve the user experience based on our business needs. Great product and great team!

The app and support are great. I would consider our store (balloonin.com) and the way it's set up to be pretty unique in its challenges for how products/kits are built, but their support has worked with me quickly and efficiently to make it all work. It is a really simple app to use and looks very nice. I am currently only using the customer profile page, but intend on checking out some of the additional paid features as well now that I trust the app and support. Ankit Joshi has been my main point of contact, and I have been very satisfied with the communication and results.

This app and the team are amazing! The app works really well and has all the right features for us. The team have gone above and beyond to deal with every request we've had (There's been a lot) and managed to do everything we requested very quickly and professionally. We have been using Flits for a little while now and they have been very helpful since we installed it. Any time we reach out with a concern, they take care of it very quickly. For our wishlist, they even added a save for later function from our cart which is great (not sure if this is a regular feature now). Overall I would definitely recommend working with them!

I have used this APP to one of my website, I then added to our main website. It's a bit expensive but it works really nice, my customers love it. I great shout out goes to Ankit. Not only understood what I needed immediately, but was happy to implement the change in few hours. not only this, when i comment about a details way outside normal working hours, the message was read and implemented in minutes. I deal with a lot of APPs like many that use Shopify, this customer service is one of the best if not the best. Thank you

I use this app to help me optimize collection pages betters. It adapts really well to my theme, hope that I can make the most out of this app. It's worth money and their Customer Service is excellent! Thank you!

Not recommended, they charge you for everything, very expensive. If you surpass the total customers, they will not warn you, so the features dissapear. They charge you more and more every time you surpass limit customers. It is a method to hold you with the app definetly. Do not use this app or they will catch you forever.

I want to give FLITS 6 stars not ...only 5 !!! Ankit 1st : so responsive, 100% precise and direct. FLITS support have perfect understanding, rarely I have to send one more info ! Since 1 year I use pro apps (17 invoiced). Big time to configure and tests. With FLITS, day after day, it was successful updated, every time : WELL done ! all the staff is pro, a unified team supporting their customers carefully. I'm glad to continue my way with FLITS ! I recommand absolutely every people wants to have pro account area to work with this team/company/app ! Great support and beautiful interface. Got my issues rectified within a day. It will be great if there are future updates that allow more customisation and addition of more 3rd party apps/widgets.

I would recommend this app for anyone who wants a better looking and full featured Customer Account page. The standard layout looks so much better than the Shopify Account page. I contacted Flits support to implement a custom feature and they responded quickly and professionally. If you need help with anything, don't hesitate to contact support - they are more than willing to help.

i got Really Good Support from this app company. I using Customer account function. i think it is best app of Store Credit apps. - can easily manage store credit - can set up expired date of store credit - customer can use credit in cart page.

We have recently added this app to our new theme to add some features to our website that we were unable to offer before. The reason we added this app was primarily for the re-order feature, but the other features it offers has been a hit too including the recently viewed items and the ability to order directly from the review list. It's just a shame that the wishlist option is an add-on, that would have been nice to have been included. The support we've received from Flits has been excellent and we would highly recommend them. Thank you Flits for your outstanding support!
