the worst app on shopify, they make you look for thinks that your theme does not have and the one that the theme has when you add coding just mess your shop...NO GOOD. Now I believe that the five stars review are paid review!

Works great right out of the box and the liquid update for site code was FREE and fast! Makes the free gift and add on experience much smoother for the customer. Updating this review - Installed a new theme and the free gifts team added the required liquid code to my new theme for free and in a very timely manner. Support here is great and the product works well.

This is a great app. I tried multiple apps to offer a free gift before I found this one. I love it because you can get specific with what customers you want to offer the free gift to, the other apps couldn't handle this. Thank you!

Wow! A++ thank so much for this app! This Free Gifts app is Amazing! I'm amazed at how fluid and seamless this app is. It actually does what no other app could do for us, Just place a free gift instantly in the cart! and the support is fantastic, They were able to customize some code for our store. I can see that a lot of thought was put into making features that actually work. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone on Shopify. We look forward to seeing more apps come from y’all! We had a promotion where there was a minimum spend on a particular collection/category and a FREE product was given. I trialled about 8 different apps and not one could do what I needed it to. I contacted Secomapp App with my issue and they actioned this for me within 2 hours. AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING SERVICE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APP!

Awesome App! Have been using only 2 weeks however is great for my business - sales gone up and easy to use & customize. Even installation was free - normally I do the job but this time staff did it for me and were very fast(Thanks for that^^) . Look forward to creating more deals and processing more orders.

The app page says they offer 14 days free trial, but when I tried to install the app, it said that I will be charged the next day and I have only 1 day free trial. Not good.

You are only have full 14 free trial days for the first time you've added the app. Trial days will be kept auto counted down for next time you re-add it (if any). Please reach us at [email protected] to request a trial renewal on your shop.

Do not use this company! I asked them to install a simple discount - buy a t-shirt collection and then get 25% off any other single t-shirt,. After three days of email exchanges they told me they couldn't create my discount - then suddenly on my store without any notification from them OR PERMISSION from me - they had created new variants on all my products giving customers 25% off. ALL PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!!!! I have had to refund orders rather than fulfill them as the variants installed by Secomapp meant I was trading at a loss - which as we all know - is bad news. Terrible, appalling customer service and a terrible product. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.i did try and communicate with their CEO before writing this review and his response was so poor i felt compelled to write this review, Really folks - do not waste your time and money with this company
We are really sorry for the trouble caused. I just want to explain more details in this situation: Most promotion apps, including our Free Gifts app are supposed to create variants for gift products, which is noted in the installation guide. Now we have updated our app so that gifts base on cloned products not by variants. We have disabled all rules when we were informed that our app did not work as you requested to avoid the situation that customers can buy discounted products.

The app appears to be working as advertised. I wanted to change the styling of the message at the cart stage, and they graciously made the changes in the css liquid code file for me...and promptly! Great customer service.

App was great. It was really the only one that could do exactly what I wanted. I found it to be a bit expensive considering that in shopify you have to buy apps pretty much for everything and I did get an enormous amount of feedback request emails.

After the update the app is much easier to use. There are still issues sometimes- we've had issues with products being available after the offer expires and a few other things, but tech support (shoutout to Mina) is usually pretty quick and gets issues resolved.

Easy to use and the support team will create the rules for you. They say within 24 hours but it was much faster. Love this app!
