By far the beat gift app on Shopify. Believe me... I tried them all! Support is excellent and the app is so simple and easy to use. Definitely recommend this app to anyone who want to give free gifts to their customers.

The Free Gifts by Secomapp is extremely powerful. It has tonnes of features that worked well for our needs. We needed an application for one of our annual sales and this app solved inventory, the ability to choose a gift, and integration with our current theme. I would highly recommend using this app for any gift related purpose. Thank you!

Used the app to create multiple bundles on my site. This was the only app that I found that had all the functionality I needed. I installed and deleted literally 7-8 apps before settling on this one. Its back-end interface maybe a little lacking, however, give it a chance and you will not regret it. Works smoothly and with a great customer service team to back you on any request. They cleared out all the "bugs" that came up during integration on our site within 2-3 days. HIGHLY recommend.

Really not good. The app creates a free variant on our website that is visible on our website, we tried to hide it many times but there is nothing to do. People can hack it and add free products to their orders. We have contacted the app many times without any chance to make it work, we paid developers to work on it but there is nothing to do...

I use this app because when a customer buys our air dryers we need to include a box of free accessories. Instead of them adding the accessories themselves, Free Gifts adds it automatically at 0.00$ in the cart. It is very helpful since we work with a "3PL" and they need to have free items on the pick list to make sure the order is complete. They also offer great customer support!

The only thing I liked about the app was the prompt support. However, this could not compensate for the amount of headache we have had. The app turned itself off on its own. Then it would force the wrong variation into people's cart resulting in a lot of frustration, money loss for us and pricey returns. It requires a duplicate of SKU in order to work, which created total mess in out WMS system blocking dispatching. I would recommend to try and avoid using it if you can, or give yourself a month of testing, because our 18 days were not enough.

We've been using this for a bit now and I'm rather pleased with it. Straight forward and keeps things organized on our end when it comes to who gets what so that my warehouse doesn't miss something. :) I keep coming back and using these folks. Great for what is needed, and their customer service is fantastic in helping you out. Thanks! Every once it awhile it turns itself off for some odd reason (usually when we're seeing HEAAAAAVY traffic) and we just do a bump and back it goes.

Great app! With it I made absolutely all kinds of automatic discounts that I wanted and launched them at the same time, which can not be done using the standard options in Shopify. But the most important thing is support. This is the best support service I have ever met! The response to my request was quick and moreover I received absolutely all the changes that I requested and even more! Definitely I can recommend this application to everyone. It is worth every cent.
