Do not buy this app! Can't use it on Firefox by their own admission. Can't upload full collections for the gifts. Can't get a refund after 3 weeks. Horrible experience!!!
We apologize for causing frustration. The issue of using it on other browsers like Firefox is nothing to worry about which could be handled within minutes. And sorry about the collection uploading because you want too many products (about 12000 variants) as gifts which exceed the number the app can handle. Finally, the process of refund also depends on Shopify. We are so willing to back you up with the best from our side. Thanks for your kind understanding.

Great app for running promos. We have tried a few and this works the best as the items are applied automatically to a customers cart rather than using a popup. Fantastic support as well.

I am an unfamiliar with coding and was intimidated to try this app, but found it to be well supported. When I had questions, they were answered promptly and thoroughly. I highly recommend this app for the set up , support and great user experience.

Perfect for the holiday season! Customers love free gifts, especially around the holidays. It's a perfect way to incentive customers in a unique way or creating 'combos' or sets.

Support is great! App works well and works great with multiple Promos at the same time. Only reason for not 4 stars - would love the ability to run promos for buy x get y for specific dollar value.

We are loving this app. We were running regular Bogo promotions using other apps that were complicated and time consuming to set up and constantly fail to operate consistently; causing both unhappy customers and wasting our support teams time addressing complaints. The Free Gifts app however is both powerful and a piece of cake to set up a promo on. And the service is the best I have ever experienced from any developer. Lightning fast and intelligent responses to any request. Highly recommend this crew.
