Did my research, but I'm glad that I finally decided on BOGOS and that is because of ANNA, who I was chatting to. The fact that she was able to access the backend of our website and basically setting up the discount was incredible helpful. The chat is why I my first experience with BOGOS is extremely positive.

Anne was Extremely helpful and very prompt with the responses. I have a custom theme and I wasn’t able to set up the promotions by myself. They set up everything for me in no time and promptly answered my questions.

FYI - even though it says NOTHING about this in the app store, you actually have to pay $99/mo if you have Shopify plus - there is no "$29/mo" option. Super deceptive, I deleted the app immediately. Do better at vetting your Apps Shopify, we don't like feeling scammed.
