FYI - even though it says NOTHING about this in the app store, you actually have to pay $99/mo if you have Shopify plus - there is no "$29/mo" option. Super deceptive, I deleted the app immediately. Do better at vetting your Apps Shopify, we don't like feeling scammed.

Great functionality, but we can't continue to use the app due to being forced into the top plan just because we are on Shopify Plus, even though our usage does not require the top plan. The Basic plan would have been sufficient usage and functionality for our needs. This seems like an unfair approach to pricing. We hope this feedback is useful and helps other merchants.

The app itself is very intuitive and I haven't had any issues at all on the free version. The support on this app is second to none. Anne has been absolutely fanstastic and goes above and beyond what a traditional customer support rep would do. I'd highly suggest this app to anyone is after a one-stop sales program to help try and boost conversions.
