I have been using this app for some time now, and I am thoroughly impressed. The setup process is incredibly straightforward, making it easy to get started. What truly stands out, however, is the exceptional customer support. Mina, in particular, went above and beyond to assist me with setting up a new gift offer combination. Her expertise and responsiveness made a significant difference in my experience, and I truly appreciate her help. Excellent Support & Seamless Installation! Daniel, Anne, and Brian were incredibly responsive and helpful in getting the Bogo.io app installed on my website. They made the entire process smooth and hassle-free, answering all my questions promptly and ensuring everything was set up correctly. The support team is awesome. They have been very quick to help us resolve issues, fine-tuning the app to our needs. Big thank you to Anne and Brian! The only thing missing is the ability for a customer to deselect automatically added gifts at cart level.

The customer support at BOGOs is truly wonderful, they make everything so easy. I love all the additional features they are adding too. Extra shout out to Robert and Brian for making some customizations for me, but we always have great experience with all their representatives.

i would recommend this app, I needed a bundle app to do a very specific job on a few pf my products and this one looked the best. Anne and the team spent a lot of time today helping me tweak and make sure it looked and worked perfectly. I will no doubt call on them for more help as I add more of the features of the app.
