Kristina at ClickShip is an absolute rockstar! She made my transition from another shipping app completely seamless and has saved my company a significant amount of money in the process. the measure of a business relationship is not how great things are when everything runs smoothly, it is how each side operates when things go sideways . after 30+ years of shipping experience, clickship is unquestionably one of the worst “partners” i have ever done business with . if you choose to do business with them, do so with the above in mind UPDATE : posting a lengthy “we understand” PR response shows more effort in public perception then responding to emails and resolving the issues

Our team strives to resolve any challenges quickly and transparently. We completely understand your frustration regarding the high tariff fees and the extended time it’s taking to have these matters addressed. Unfortunately, carriers are currently experiencing significant backlogs with U.S. Customs, which has been impacting the clearance process for many shipments. Due to these delays, customs-related billing disputes with the carrier are presently taking between 9–12 months to be resolved. We recognize that this timeline is far from ideal and truly regret the inconvenience it’s causing. While we don’t have the ability to accelerate the carrier’s internal customs or billing processes, your concerns have been relayed to them, and our team is actively working with the carrier to have your shipments returned as quickly as possible.

I have had several problems with ClickShip from customer service to claims not being handled right to no pick ups of packages that have been scheduled. They are all about making sure they get the order. They aren’t there to make your life easier. I have had nothing but problems. From shipping errors to being over charged months later. Good luck if you need help with packages. They really have an excuse for everything. I really wish this platform took complaints and matters more seriously. It’s really sad that in today’s market that it’s all about the dollars produced. Not about keeping their customers happy. Carriers continue to not show up for package. And I actually stopped using click ship for 6 months however I have had a few packages that I needed to use the app for and again I thought well maybe this time is different but in fact it was the same scenario. Extremely disappointed

I'm going 2 stars most times it is good but using ICS is a gamble ICS delivered 2 x to the same client on the third they sent it back "no such address" no refund.

EDITED REVIEW Below is the original review, which shortly after being published got me an email from my account representative looking to hear more about my appreciation. She was accompanied by the Director of Growth, and the three of us took had a dense 45-minute discussion about what could be improved and which improvements were just about to be rolled out. From the looks of it, it does seem like the user experience will be considerably improved, and I have to say I am looking forward to seeing them in action. Perhaps the most important aspect of this call was how the Clickship team and direction are dedicated to customer service, and this is all to their credit and goes a long way in terms of my appreciation of a supplier. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This app is great news for saving on shipping. I am hugely appreciative of all the costs saved over the past 2+ years. Customer service varies between "outstanding" and "meh". It really depends on who takes the call / email. Fortunately there's been more good than bad on average, so here goes one star. The other star removed, and that's the most important one in my opinion, is on the customer experience on the platform. There are some basic navigating functionalities that are missing (having to click "X" to close a certain window instead of clicking outside of it, having to click "Enter" to run a particular search instead of hitting the key, the clunkiness of the order page which cannot be sorted by any other parameter than date when it would be relevant to sort orders by selected carrier or store or tag, the impossibility to easily add just one manual order to the order page instead of uploading a csv, the fact that you can't set orders temporarily "on hold" to see them removed from the cue). It feels like an app designed by people who have never done any serious work at a shipping station. The discounted shipping rates keep me using it, but I continue to miss a more Ux forward app like Shipstation.

I have been with clickship for some time now. Customer service has been on a rapid decline. For the fees paid you would think when an item is needing to be intercepted that it would not take several phone calls, several hours of pleading for help and being transferred here there and everywhere only to be notified 36 hours too late that your package "was at a holding facility" when really a fraudulent customer had managed to pick it up. If you are going to be this late in communications with your less than desirable efforts, there is no point keeping your inadequate services.

Had a wonderful experience with my Clickship Customer Service Rep, Noor. Set me up, integrated my Shopify store with the shipping app seamlessly and had me set up in mins. Features are very user friendly and perfect for new and small businesses. Rates are competitive. Recommend.

Great app and service, have been using it for the past several months and we've been able to ship with minor issues. Definitely helped save us some money to improve our net margins with their cheaper shipping rates and carrier options.

It's awesome! They offer great rates with the big names, and some additional couriers that we haven't used before. It integrates seamlessly with Shopify, the couriers come and pick-up your shipments, and it saves money -- especially for larger shipments going longer distances. Love ClickShip!

I have been using click ship for over a year now and it’s been a great tool and support for my business. Kristina is my go to gal and I am so grateful for her continuous help and support if I have any issues. Beware if a product is lost etc cust service takes 3-6 months. In our experience closer to six months. Poor customer service but otherwise shipping pricing is good. Starla

App works but good luck if you have a claim and there customer service will keep asking same questions without reading prior answers - takes 3-4 months to even get a claim resolved All is good until you need them !

game changer for shipping, we have been on Shopify for four years and we got onto this app 6 months ago and it has the best deals and super easy to use for any shipping provider. Our only recommendation would be to streamline printing labels in bulk. Create a preset for descriptions, value, reason of export etc that can be applied to 100+ orders at a time.

As a Canadian Company shipping to the US often. Without Clickship we would have been out of business probably with all the challenge Covid brought us. Canada Post and other companies charge 2-3x the price with much worst services. Clickship is a great company and I have been working with them for more than 2 years now, I highly recommend them. You can only add live rates to your site with the $517/month advanced shopify plan. I get a cheaper UPS rate through Shopify than Click Ship, so not sure what the advantage is? I think I will be uninstalling this app, and just using the UPS labels that are already available through Shopify
