I don't know how they are able to get positive reviews. I've used this app for 3 years now (because I dont have any other option available). They are buggy, their support is WORST than Facebook support... when you finally get someone to speak to you. Most of times, they dont have any tech support to talk to you. Most of times you don't even get a call back, so you have to insist. If you can stay away from them, do it and if you know an alternative, please let me know. Thanks

We have been using Clickship for years and have always found the customer service team to be super responsive if we have any issues with their system. We love that we can schedule our carriers through their system. They also handle issues with shipments that go missing. It's a pretty simple and seamless service to use.

This app has improved our shipping costs to the customers 100%. To be able to have LTL loads with live cost is amazing. It has shown to improve our abandon carts as well. I highly recommend this app.

I use this app to ship about 2/3 of my orders. Easy to print labels, schedule pickups and combine orders for shipping. I run 2 businesses on several channels and it integrates my Shopify and Etsy orders in one spot. Customer support is very quick to respond and are friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Great service and rates and Monti is awesome! We've been working with them for a number of months and rates are the best we've seen so far.

Click ship has been super easy to work with. The interface is clear and concise. Any issues are resolved quickly from our amazing account manager Maythum. We msg him and get a response almost immediately. We were working with another 3rd party shipper previously but are really happy we made the switch!

We have some bugs with the app and printing manifests, but overall by far the best shipping app I have tried in the past years! I give it 5 stars also because the customer service is very good

In general, a good app to help you save money. The system is 99% reliable. Hiccups once in a while, but not a big deal. Recommend this.

Clickship makes it so easy to select shipping rates and fulfill orders at the click of a button. We've saved so much money using Clickship's rates compared to CanadaPost. Excellent customer service department too - our rep, Juanita, is very knowledgeable.

I was not able to get this app to work on my Shopify store, I kept getting messages that would say it is an unsafe connection. If I used the Freightcom website, the rates were not cheaper to ship with Canada Post. Customer service was rude.

I am so thankful for freightcom/clickship and the amazing service they offer! Maythum was instrumental in my business launch and was available for all of my troubleshooting questions whenever I needed, which was a lot! Absolutely recommend!

Clickship has a lot of useful automation. It has a lot of advantages for most businesses. They also have had a booth at CVE Canadian vape Expo for the past 4-5 years promoting age verified shipping services to the vape industry. The issue is when you integrate your canada post account to clickship you lose the ability to select 19+ as adult signature age. 18+ is printed out on the labels for provinces with a 19+ age of majority. This has been brought to their attention. Hopefully we can have a fix soon. We can still use clickship with canada post for QC, Alberta and half of the provinces that are 18+ but not for the other half.

For someone who is starting out, the world of Shipping can be pretty daunting. This app integrated nicely with my particular shop setup . I liked being able to see the various carriers and rates all presented in one place. Also you could decide whether or not Clickship logged the order fulfillment for you. Definitely better rates available than I could get on my own as a small business owner! Some of the client communication parts of the app were not especially clear in terms of what they did, and also it was not easy to get a preview of their emails - but for the most part Shopify already takes care all of that in their automated email system for orders. I want to thank Anthony for giving me a walk-through. So far their customer support has been pretty impressive.
