Did a comparison of almost all available loyalty programme apps on Shopify and found this to have the most functions if one is on the Pro plan. Subscription fees are steep but well, there isn't anything else better. ;-) Customer support is brilliant. Quick and solution-oriented. Thanks!!

Lauren has been fabulous in answering all of my questions and really helping me understand the app and what will work best for my business. The app is very easy to get started with and there is definitely opportunity to increase sales with my customers as they start using the loyalty program more and more.

For me, an absolutely unrivaled loyalty program application. When I was choosing, I installed about 6-8 of them and none were nearly as sophisticated, but at the same time as nice in appearance as this one. What I really like about the widget is that you have the option to choose from predefined badges, challenges and levels, which you can also edit as needed or create new ones. It will help a lot and make the job easier. I also like the simple but really tasteful and minimalist overall look. I was actually surprised at how nice it all is. Especially the icons and pictograms are great. I'm really looking forward to finish and public my store. Loyalty program is something that I didn't have at my previous store and it was a big requirement for me to have it here on Shopify and it exceeded my expectations. I must also mention the splendid customer service, I communicate with Dania and I feel that I am receiving absolutely above-standard care. 10 stars out of 5 for me, I'm seriously absolutely thrilled :-)

Having tested a lot of Loyalty apps, this one is by far the best! Customisation is really easy. If you have several languages, it's possible to translate absolutely everything. Many thanks to the support team and to Ganna for her help. They solved all my problems and even made an update for a specific request I had. Many thanks to them!

After 3 years with Bold Loyalty, we made a bold move to Gameball. We wanted a fresher design and a more dynamic loyalty program. Gameball not only matched Bold's price but also had a user-friendly interface, ensuring a smooth transition for our customers. The Backoffice is a breeze to configure and understand, and the widget design options are plentiful. The stats are presented beautifully and are easy to grasp. Creating simple or complex challenges to gamify the purchase process is a breeze too. Integration with apps like Judge.me is a game-changer, eliminating manual point attribution for reviews. If your loyalty app is listed, switching to Gameball is a piece of cake. Otherwise, just export/import a CSV. However, there are two minor issues with importing the customer database: - spent amounts: cannot be imported and is not 'read' by the app in Shopify for existing clients, only new clients will have the amount displayed. No drama, but not 'clean'. - bonus points. Nothing that will stop you to switch but it requires a bit of manual work if you are using Tiers Level with Bonus points (otherwise you will be all fine). You will have to deduce tier bonus points manually for each client so when you perform import, the current balance is correct. Nothing complicated to do but a bit of manual work that could be easily fixed by Gameball. We've informed Gameball, they are currently working on it, and once they fix these issues, we'll happily import our large databases from our CH and FR website. It's an app we love and highly recommend!

We are using Gamball for last one year, the app has a new automation process which is really good to grow customer engagement. It has quite flexible options which give us a broad logical action. We are happy with the customer service they provide and they tend to bring new features and are open to suggestions. I found Gameball after a very well research of different loyalty apps. It is a simple yet powerful tool for any business.

I'm loving this app so far. It was recommended to me by another merchant, and I was actually able to set it up in a day and get it rolling. We have yet to send out any kind of announcement about it and we've got way more people signed up than I anticipated. I also totally appreciated the onboarding call with Lauren - she was super super helpful, sincere, and attentive. I didn't feel like she was pushing anything on me but rather really listening to what I was hoping to get out of the program and letting me know what features were best for me. My subsequent conversation with Dania was just as helpful. I wish all programs and services had customer service like this! Looking forward to seeing where this program takes our business!!!

THIS APP IS DISASTER They creat something that they cannot change and they dont know how to change. I told them already my website is going to publish on 30th Mar, and they promised definitly will reslove it before the date, but until today I did not get any reply from them. Beside the customization of this app is poor, and the customer service never reply you promptly, I understand the time zone is different, but when you are online why are you still replying so slowly? because they are not prefessional, they dont know their app well, they dont know how they have builded this thing. :) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I just dont want to speak any more but your reply really pissed me off. You said you have got the confirmation from my side that the problem has been resolved? Who were you contacting? Can you show us the prove?I NEVER GET ANY REPLY FROM YOU! Such a LIAR

This app is a first , I've tried multiple apps that theoretically promises good user experience and reward/loyalty systems , but most of them never delivers the intended results . Gameball actually helped me boost my sales by 1.5X just by Offering rewards and points , that boosted customer retention rate. Moreover, the app allows you to track the performance of your referral and rewards programs. You can see how many referrals have been made, how many rewards have been redeemed, and how much revenue your program has generated. This information helps you to tweak your program for better results and maximize your sales growth potential.
