I am in the process of setting it up but it has been pretty easy. The customer service team is excellent and took the time to answer all of my questions. Dania is the best! I highly recommend this app as it meets my reward program needs.

Great and simple set up. The icons and levels make it easy to customise to your brand. Easy look and feel on your website. There are some useful ideas on campaigns and extra points for participating in certain sales activities.

We really like this app and the enormous potential it has for customer loyalty and retention. Our customers are enjoying it too. After running into one small problem we reached out to the Support Team and they were able to get things back on track quickly (the problem was completely my own fault, a user error!) Highly recommend this app!

User-friendly product that does exactly what it says it can! Our experience using Gameball for rewards has been a breeze. A large part of that is due to their top-notch customer service team (S/O to Lauren for the fantastic onboarding process!).

One of the best loyalty programs that we have tried to work with. Lauren has been so helpful with the onboarding and setting up the strategy of our program. I'll update this review as more of our customers get to use it.

We have been looking for an app to support customer retention by way of loyalty and rewards. We downloaded and used 6 on the shopify store but have never been satisfied with the process or the feedback. We finally found the ONE with this app! It is incredibly easy to use, very customisable in terms of rewards and the customer service is incredible! So happy we finally found this! This is a gamechanger

UPDATE after a year of use: Gameball is a really good app, especially in terms of the large variety of things you can do to let customers earn rewards and the types of campaigns you can run. And, the value cannot be beat, hands down! Frankly, having been in the digital / platform / loyalty / mobile business for decades, it's absolutely absurd how much other service providers charge for VIP tiers, for example, when Gameball outshines them all, overall. I also appreciate that they add new powerful features and functionality regularly. They truly listen to consumers. Clear sign of a winning product development focus. You can run a large number of different campaigns to drive and test consumer loyalty and engagement . . . and you can easily segment your existing and potential consumer base as well. Very nice analytics to boot. A final very important factor -- critical in our view -- is that Gameball's customer support is incredible -- FAR, far better than the vast majority of Shopify apps, to the extent other providers even provide support. This includes at lower and mid level pricing tiers. For example, Dania, from their core team, has been a wonderful partner to work with; other folks as well. I still believe that the nomenclature is a bit too "gamer oriented" vs. general loyalty use -- but, with that said, you can edit everything to suit your needs (as we've done) . . . and with great support in doing so! I highly recommend Gameball if you're looking for a loyalty and/or gamification platform. We tested just about every platform and provider on Shopify and if you're a SMB like us they are tops -- 5 stars hands down!

There are so many good things about this app and the team behind it that we cannot cover everything here, but if you are looking for a modern app that's powerful, flexible, has good pricing and AMAZING customer support, look no further. We have tried so many popular apps but Gameball stands at the top of the list for sure. Easy to setup, clear instructions, very pleasing branding for your store and super powerful.

The app is very complete. We had a complicated idea that we needed to implement and we not only found the features in the app, but the customer service is really amazing, We were helped numerous ways in a very quick manner from our account rep. Keep the good work Gameball

The Gameball app is great. It fulfills all the important functions with which we want to reward our customers. Administration is simple. The setting options are also very good for the starter plan. The app works very well and the technical support responds very quickly. We would appreciate a more detailed manual for third-party application integrations, eg Klaviyo. :) Thank you
